Siamo stati a pranzo...il locale e la stoviglieria sono puliti e la cucina a vista con personale quasi tutto italiano.La pizza calda al posto del pane é molto piacevole.Ho preso abbacchio e cicoria..quest'ultima buona e tenera mentre l'abbacchio aveva un forte odore di selvatico...cambierei fornitore.Il bagno unisex, come purtroppo molti al centro storico ,era ben fornito di carta e sapone ,anche se dovrebbero mettere un pò di candeggina per la puzza.

Il locale essendo in centro è piccolino, ma punto a suo sfavore è la grandezza dei tavoli, che sono posizionati troppo vicini tra loro. I piatti sono abbondanti, ma la cottura del filetto ci ha deluso, esternamente era bruciacchiato e dentro troppo cotto. Lo sconto non è stato applicato in modo corretto, ma non è nostra usanza replicare, soprattutto se c'è gente nel locale.

Abbiamo trovato questo locale su thefork past minute dopo una visita in un museo in centro: non è turistico ma offre una buona scelta di piatti e ricette creative! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo con sconto the fork

29/11/2023: This is our absolute favorite place for a sandwich in Rome. The location in Testaccio Market is means you'll find a wide variety of Roman dishes made with offcuts and offal. This is a good place to try pajata (veal intestines). They also have sandwiches for those less adventurous of palate, #1 on the menu is a winner. Mordi e Vai offers that possibility of tasting many dishes in a manageable sandwich portion size. We shared 3 sandwiches between us two both times that we visited because it's just too difficult to stop at one.
26/07/2023: Vu l’établissement sur un guide touristique connu. Service rapide. Un street food à l’italienne. Bien servi et de qualité.

06/04/2024: Delightful Roman neighborhood trattoria behind the Basilica of S. Paolo. From the 60s to today, the usual Abruzzo-Amatrician management that never disappoints. A single restaurant, wooden paneling, red and white checked tablecloths and dishes that are loved by Rome and the world. The kindness of the managers with the elderly mother at the controls and the two children in the room, attentive and generous with chatter and anecdotes. A few new faces in the kitchen but the level is always good and you leave satisfied not only in body but especially in soul... Recommended to everyone but especially to those who also seek human contact at the table... BRAVI.
31/03/2024: I had agnolotti with ragù, lamb with grilled finger and for dessert tiramisu. Everything delicious! Very friendly staff and clean place! Absolutely coming back.
