Highly recommended! The food is top-quality, the meat is simply spectacular no matter what cut you order. The prices, in my opinion, are now in line with other steakhouses of the same quality. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience shared with friends, during which we enjoyed fine and unique meats: from Japanese wagyu to Simmental and Danish rib-eye steaks, aged from 90 to 250 days. A real discovery! The location is a bit small (I, in particular, was a bit "squeezed"), but the service was friendly and welcoming. If you find yourself in Ceglie, it's definitely worth a stop.

I had fond memories of this place, but unfortunately, my second experience was a bit disappointing. As for the food, the tartare was very good, but the pound-long cut of dry-aged beef (the only dish you can eat regardless of the breed of animal) was a huge disappointment. The meat was inedible at times, poorly cooked, sinewy, literally like a shoestring on the outside. Despite the criticism, we were told that we obviously like other cuts of meat without trying to understand the reasons. The price, in my opinion, was excessive. The menu was a bit limited.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant specializing in meat, and it was a fantastic experience. We started with an appetizer of top-quality cured meats, truly exceptional. The highlight was the meat, available in a variety of international cuts: incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. The 30-45 minute wait for the meat was more than justified by the quality of the dish. I've never eaten such exquisite meat! Highly recommended for meat lovers seeking an authentic dining experience.

Hit the spot, definitely worth a detour! During our two weeks in Puglia, this was the absolute best dinner.
This little culinary gem is run by a pair of on-the-radar people who were probably born with tongs and a wine opener in their hands. Francesco, the chef, stands at the grill like a Gandalf of meat, slicing through perfection, while his wife, mother and daughter glide around with wine bottles and plates as if they have a direct line to Bacchus himself. Together they deliver a dining experience that will make you question why you ever ate anywhere else.
The steaks? They’re not just big – they’re epic. It’s not “do you want a small or a large?” – it’s “do you want something substantial that you can enjoy?” And the sides? Each dish is like a declaration of love to the taste buds. We traveled a long way to get here, and every kilometer was an investment in pure happiness.
The place is small, charming and feels more like a secret club for food lovers than a restaurant. There are maybe six tables in total – so forget the idea of “spontaneous peeking in” unless you want to stand outside with your nose against the window and cry silent tears while others chew on your dream steak.
In summary: Food that changes you. People that make you feel like an old friend. An evening you’ll talk about until your friends tell you to stop.
Six out of five stars. Yes, it’s possible.

Meat experience in Ceglie Messapica! Best meat with best wines! We (4 adults) where seated inside but soon realised that this was the best table. We could talk to the chef and watch him prepare our food. The meat was delicious and the chef recommended some top wines. One of the best restaurants I have visited. Fransesco, his wife and his mother together with Adi spoiled us this evening. Thanks for everything
