He works a lot just because he is located in a very central area of ​​Turin. If you are sitting on the ground floor it is cold in winter because the doors are constantly open to allow the waiters who serve the tables outside to pass by. I reply to the owner's message: I am not a restaurateur and I don't know your world and the costs involved in running a restaurant, I can only imagine that they are as high as everything in Italy today. I just want to point out that, taking for example the fried food at €15.50 which is still a good amount (it's the old 30,000 lire) I can assure you that the same thing in places I know I get the same dish at a slightly lower price, but with more product. How many hours does one of your employees have to work to be able to purchase one? Then you see a dish arrive with little product inside, the same in my opinion for the other courses.

05/04/2025: Product quality, octopus really tasty and cooked very well. A place full of light, overlooking the splendid Piazza Carignano. Attentive and kind staff, reasonable price for the quality of the product. Congratulations for the gluten-free menu, for intolerant and allergic people. Also noteworthy is the commitment to the environment, with all compostable cutlery, glasses and plates. From the very varied menu, we tasted the polo sandwich, gluten-free seafood panzer, gluten-free tuna piadina and fried mussels. We suggest it... highly recommended
