I visited this lovely restaurant at the foot of Bracciano Castle last week. The owners and service were truly attentive, creating an intimate, family atmosphere. Finally tried the carbonara scientifica. The wine selection was also excellent...but 10 out of 10 for the focaccia they serve you, it's addictive!

A restaurant located in the heart of Bracciano.
We were a bit skeptical given the numerous endorsements by various influencers, but we were proven wrong.
We ate at the street tables sheltered by a canopy, which we found beautifully set and with delicious focaccia instead of bread.
Our meal began with a varied and generously sized mixed antipasto for two, along with eggplant meatballs with tomato sauce to recreate the parmigiana effect.
Next, we sampled two different first courses, both reinterpretations of Roman cuisine: a grey pasta with added pistachios and tonnarelli cacio e pepe with truffles, all accompanied by a house red wine.

Tutto veramente buonissimo e di qualità, servizio eccezionale, siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti.

Siamo capitati in questo ristorantino ad un passo dal Castello di Bracciano dietro consiglio di un amico .
Il personale è giovane e cortese , il locale è molto caratteristico e l’atmosfera piacevole .
Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti delle polpettine di melanzane alla parmigiana scomposta ( deliziose ) ed un eccellente carpaccio di manzo al tartufo estivo .
Abbiamo poi proseguito con due primi semplicemente DELIZIOSI
Gnocchetti ai frutti di mare e
L’estate nel piatto ( pasta fresca con pomodorini , pesto di rucola e stracciata ) . Porzioni abbondanti e conto nella media per la tipologia di locale e la location.
