24/01/2026: If you find yourself in Montevarchi, Antico Forno Canu is a must-see: a place where bread takes center stage in all its forms. ​The entrance, characterized by a few steps, opens onto a room with well-arranged tables lining a long counter, where all their products are displayed. Outside, there's also a lovely terrace with wooden floors and umbrellas, ideal for enjoying lunch or an aperitif in the open air. ​The service was excellent: we were looked after by Walid, a very kind and knowledgeable man. On his recommendation, we tried the schiacciata filled with ingredients of our choice, and it was simply fantastic. The aperitif also deserves special mention, accompanied by a platter of excellent cured meats. ​Whether for lunch, dinner, or a quick stop, stop by Canu: you won't regret it! 🤗🤗🤗 👍👍👍👍👍+++
