Durante il nostro soggiorno alla Fattoria Maremmana – un luogo incantevole dove il relax è garantito – abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare ogni sera al ristorante Enfasi, che fa parte della struttura. E che dire… sarebbe stato davvero un peccato cercare altrove, quando “in casa” c'è un ristorante di questa qualità! La carta è ricca e intrigante, ogni piatto è una scoperta: abbinamenti originali, ingredienti di primissima scelta, presentazioni curate e, soprattutto, sapori che conquistano. L’atmosfera è calda ed elegante, accogliente e raffinata al tempo stesso. Un vero piacere per tutti i sensi. E per chi viaggia con il proprio cane – come noi – è una vera coccola: sotto ogni tavolo un amico a quattro zampe tranquillo e benvenuto. Abbiamo passato serate deliziose, in tutti i sensi. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la passione e l’attenzione che si percepiscono in ogni dettaglio. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

We were guests in your facility the week of May 1st. What can I say, a beautiful week. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. The suite where we stayed was a real treat! Chef Valerio's cuisine delighted us with his dishes. Cecilia is a fantastic and attentive head waiter. All the staff who take care of every part of the facility are discreet and helpful. This oasis is very close to various points of interest and the sea. Grosseto can be reached easily and safely with a cycle path illuminated for the evening. The owners are always present. Ps. our 2 furry friends had a great time! I hope to return soon

A paradise for our four-legged friends! We stayed 5 days in one of their apartments inside the village. Our Australian Shepherd is a very active dog and in the village we were able to find all kinds of fun to do with him. Very large dog area, dog pool and the possibility of both leaving him in the room and taking him with us for breakfast and/or in the evening to the restaurant inside the village. The only small discordant comma (if we really have to find it) could be the Grosseto air force base that every now and then starts a Jet at maximum power but these are really loud noises but lasting a few seconds and fortunately not frequent during the day. In any case and without a doubt I can say that if you are looking for a place to relax together with our furry friend, Fattoria Maremmana and its STAFF are the ideal place and service given the silence of the place, the maximum professionalism and kindness of the team.

My partner, my two dogs and I were recently guests of this wonderful property. Thanks to all the wonderful and efficient services and thanks to the absolute professionalism, the magnificent cordiality and the total availability of the staff, our holiday was truly perfect. It is the ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in absolute relaxation because, thanks to all the services made available to guests, you can enjoy your stay without having to leave this truly unique property. The accommodation solutions are refined in detail, spacious and welcoming, the restaurant, also equipped with room service, is of the highest quality and the swimming pools create a wonderful setting in which to cool off during the hottest days. The park area dedicated to dogs is very large, entirely fenced and, like the rest of the property, is cared for in the smallest details and is embellished with a delightful gazebo with benches. Of course, for those who want to go out for a few hours, just a few minutes from the Maremma farm, there is Castiglione della Pescaia, a pearl of Tuscany, and many other places to admire. We spent four nights in this property, two people with our dog, and we were very satisfied. The environment is well looked after and organised, both in the common areas and in the rooms. The staff is always kind, helpful and professional: we had a small inconvenience during a dinner which was resolved immediately with great attention. The restaurant offers excellent quality dishes and the breakfast is good. We highly recommend this property to those seeking relaxation in a quiet area, even in the company of their dog: the pet-friendly services are excellent and the proximity (10 min by car) to the sandy beaches accessible to dogs is really convenient.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Fattoria Maremmana and the experience was truly unforgettable. The welcome, kindness and helpfulness of the staff made us feel truly special. The Enfasi restaurant is a true jewel: revisited gourmet cuisine, abundant and delicious, thanks to the Ukrainian chef who has been bringing an original and refined touch to Grosseto for years. Furthermore, we had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who personally brings the Florentine to the table, carefully explaining how to best enjoy it, from the choice of parts to the consumption sequence. Before leaving, we also exchanged a few words with him: a truly prepared and inventive person. Special thanks also go to the maître, a fantastic Argentinian professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He made us feel welcomed and pampered, even offering us sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary, making the evening even more memorable. A big thank you also to Mrs. Barbara at the reception, who organized everything in the best possible way. The atmosphere, enriched by soft music and soft lights, created a wonderful environment that allowed us to experience a special evening from every point of view. We, as Milanese people who have lived in the area for a few years, recommend it very much, even more than many other places in the Maremma. It's really worth it!

Really nice place. It is a small oasis of relaxation. Each room/house has a private garden where dogs can stay free and calm. Dogs can come to the restaurant and they have a dedicated pool. The walking area is really large and well maintained. When owners are polite, it is a joy to let the dogs play together. Very good service, all kind and welcoming people.
