The only "doubt" we had before leaving was "but will the sea be far away? Will it be practical to arrive?” Well.. we could have NEVER left our wonderful Maremma farm because the green bubble, newly created and cared for, made us spend two weeks as if we were in another dimension. (the sea is 5 minutes away, free parking, wonderful beach for dogs). For our Nebula (1 and a half year old mixed breed) PARADISE. For his mothers THE SAME. Apartment with everything, garden that couldn't even be explained in words. SUUUUPER staff, breakfast and dinner like queens. The friendliness, presence and kindness of the owners and all the staff are truly GREAT RARITY today. I tried to look for a "defect".. ZERO! We will DEFINITELY be back. We take this opportunity to thank you again. How nice to feel loved. How sad.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from the sea. It was quite hot during our time, so we usually drove to the beach by car. However, you could rent bicycles from the hotel and a beautiful cycle path begins a few hundred meters further. I would also like to mention that during our time there was aircraft noise from the military base in the area, there were a few jets several times a day and then there was silence again for a long time. It didn't bother us. Each room has its own fenced garden. The facility is quite spacious and you can sniff around a lot here (dogs). Walking in the area directly around the hotel is quite difficult as there are no sidewalks or dirt paths. In my opinion, the facility offers enough for the dogs. The rooms are super clean and there are different sizes. We had the Eucalyptus apartment. The garden looked a little larger in the drawing, but the large tree that provided shade was nice. There was air conditioning. We felt very comfortable there. The entire staff was super friendly and also dog friendly. In general, the entire region was extremely dog-friendly. There are two fenced dog pools in the complex (one for non-friendly dogs), which are equipped with loungers, dog loungers and parasols. These pools are drained EVERY evening, cleaned in the morning and then provided with fresh water, no chemicals. The dog pools and the large people pool are filled with well water. There is also a human pool with chlorinated water. Then there is a large, fenced off area and a fenced agility area. A washing facility for dogs will be added next year. You can leave the dog in the room or bring it with you to dinner. For humans there is tennis and volleyball, giant chess and giant checkers. The entire park is park-like, very beautiful and well maintained. We used the restaurant once. And unfortunately it didn't taste good. The breakfast was very sweet. But there was everything you could need. I would have liked (typically German) a little more selection of bread and rolls.

Excellent structure that stands out for its order, services and courtesy. Enchanting location close to equally interesting places in the Maremma and close to the sea. Holiday appreciated without doubts. Courtesy, order and cleanliness for animals and people are touched at every moment and corner. Congratulations and thanks to all the staff.

A magical place: surrounded by greenery, quiet and romantic. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, soft lights, relaxing music in the background. Exquisite food: prawn buttons with very good datterini cream, very delicate grilled tuna, special green beans with basil, very good cheese cake. Attentive and professional service. Congratulations to everyone, we'll see you again soon!
