Great atmosphere, generally almost niche, as demonstrated by the fact that on a Tuesday it was almost full without live music! I'll give the last star when I can also enjoy a good concert!

I recently visited the restaurant, which is under new management, and I want to share my opinion. I had my favorite burger, but they changed the bun; this bun makes the burger drier and chewier. They removed the caramelized onion, removing the moisture from the bun. Even the flavor of the meat seems different. The fries used to be more artisanal, but are now the ones you buy on the market. The beer brands have more than halved, including my favorite, and the quantity of small beers served has been reduced; previously, 330ml cost €4.00, now many are 250ml for €4.00. In conclusion, the things that made this place special have been removed, giving rise to greater profit by reducing quality. The old owner, who personally oversaw and cared for the quality and specialties he offered, is missing.

Changing our review. We went on Saturday after not going for months. We didn't know about the change in management, but we noticed after our orders were served. The house burger had fewer fries, a smaller bun, and the onions weren't as caramelized as usual. Plus, a friend of ours ordered a shank. In our opinion, not only was it not a shank, it arrived very pink, and there was still blood-red liquid under the lettuce leaf. We asked for it to be cooked more, but they told us it wasn't raw. Fewer products but the same price? You guys lost 4 customers by leaving 35 euros each.

I'll start with the best: the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. Excellent selection of beers and daily specials. Unfortunately, both of us felt sick after eating mushrooms here... The service definitely needs improvement, because waiting half an hour for a beer seems a bit too long, honestly.

The restaurant is spacious, well-maintained, and reasonably clean. It's very crowded on a Saturday night. The menu is quite varied, perhaps even too varied: you can tell they use several frozen products. I tried the salmon burger, which was very beautiful to look at but served decidedly cold: the bun was barely warm, while the salmon and burrata were cold, making them unpleasant to eat. I wasn't convinced by the fried jalapeños: they weren't crispy, not golden brown, and were rather soft on the outside. The other diners chose the cheeseburger, which they deemed good but not particularly praiseworthy. The fries, unfortunately, arrived cold. Recommended for an evening with friends. The beer selection, however, is decent.

I've always had a great experience there and have been going there ever since. Lino knows his job well. He's welcoming to all ages and all situations.
