I regret changing my review of the service. This morning in Badia Polesine, we waited in line for over an hour to get breakfast. There's only one person at the register delivering the pastries, and every now and then she leaves to refill the pastries as they sell out. At the bar, someone prepares cappuccinos and coffees, and I also saw her serving customers who ordered takeout trays of pastries. Obviously, the criticism isn't directed at the staff, who are truly excellent and efficient and do what they can. I'd say it would be better to add a few more people during busier periods.

Excellent products, good aperitifs, and the bar staff are helpful and friendly. Edited 05/03/2024 With recent visits, we've noticed a decline in quality. The spritzes have become increasingly watered down, and the desserts at the counter no longer have the flavor that set them apart from other pastry shops; they're salty, neither good nor bad. At least the staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to remove a star, otherwise it would be a 4.

01/05/2026: Wonderful place lost in the middle of nowhere in the area where it's located... very well-kept. But it's always been a unique place with so much history to tell and share. With those going for lunch. Or even if you're stopping by for a coffee or a hearty meal... the food is excellent, simple cuisine because when you have superior quality fish, the less you handle it, the better the prices. 👍 ......... . .
