Emoraya In Milano

Lunch on Saturday morning with a friend. So, two Teisyoku-style "one-course meals." Perfect and delicious. Unfortunately, I don't remember the Japanese names: one with pork and rice, the other with cold noodles in broth and chicken. Very kind and attentive service. The price was almost unbelievable for Milan: less than 20 euros per person. For a truly authentic Japanese experience. Definitely worth returning.

The place is both welcoming and captivating. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable (they guided us step by step through our selection of dishes). Excellent ingredients and a wide variety of products (we still have to try the beers and sake).

I was there this evening with my boyfriend and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We chose the 7-course tasting menu: every dish was a surprise of taste, carefully crafted and simply delicious. The impeccable service—attentive, friendly, and always available to answer our questions clearly and kindly—made the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent experience. A true Japanese restaurant in Milan, with typical and interesting dishes. Elegant atmosphere. Prices are in line with the service. It's a shame the staff lacks empathy. If a customer asks a question out of pure curiosity with absolutely no ulterior motive, a little levity is needed. The service itself is Michelin-starred, but a touch of humor and empathy is needed everywhere.

A 5-star place in every way. This is our second time at Emoraya, and we've always had a great time. The first time, we chose their tasting menu, which is a great way to sample their signature dishes and understand their cooking style. The second time, we opted for our favorites, including the eel on rice and the ton katsu. Delicious. They also have excellent wines to pair with them.

Everything was delicious! The attention to detail was great, and the service was also very friendly and helpful! The tasting menu was excellent! You can choose between €60 and €80. I recommend trying the sake too (they'll help you choose)!

Three years ago, when I went to Japan, I promised myself I'd return soon. After being here, the desire has only grown. A truly beautiful place where the food, ambiance, and service remind you of the land of the rising sun. Meals are carefully and attentively prepared, all freshly made. We'll definitely be back. My all-time favorite restaurant, where I miss both the food and the atmosphere if I don't go for at least a week. Takara is a fabulous person who talks about the dishes and wines with rare passion. It's basically my second home in Milan, a place that fills my heart (and stomach!).
