My partner and I were passing through and we wanted to take a quick break, chosen completely by chance but it turned out to be really excellent. For food we took 2 small ginsengs and a chocolate croissant, overall very good. But what is really noteworthy is the customer service of the gentleman who served us, extremely polite and kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

25/05/2025: I would like to leave a positive review for the Romana gelateria in Parma. Although I am not from the city, I must say that I found the place very clean and tidy. The staff was kind and attentive, especially Margherita given the proposal of different tastings for the choice of ice cream. The bacio and variegated mascarpone flavors were excellent and with the whipped cream they won me over. A small positive note for the employee of the month who made me smile. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
