An exceptional experience at Elvì Vineria Creativa! We had a fantastic evening at Elvì Vineria Creativa! We were impressed in every way. The place is taken care of down to the smallest detail and the table set with style and elegance already announces the attention that is put into everything. The service was simply impeccable: the guys are highly trained and know how to passionately recommend both the dishes and, above all, the perfect wine to match. We followed their advice for a Sardinian rosé which turned out to be exceptional. Speaking of the dishes, the salmon tartare was a real revelation: an authentic explosion of flavour, very fresh and balanced. The presentation of each course was also impeccable, a pleasure for the eyes as well as the palate. You can perceive the creativity and quality in every proposal. It was a culinary experience of the highest level, made perfect by the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended for those looking for taste, quality and a refined environment in Ancona. We can't wait to return!
