Elvezia In Novi ligure

We went for coffee with friends, and after seeing the desserts, we decided to try some...we had three cream hollandaises (there were also white chocolate and gianduja ones) and a cream tart. Everything was very fresh and fragrant. The service was quick and friendly.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and chic, perfect for a breakfast with friends or alone. The coffee is very light and creamy, and for a leavened breakfast, I ordered a cream-filled brioche. The dough was buttery just right, but the only flaw, if you can call it that, was the excessive amount of cream that overwhelmed the brioche. All in all, for €2.70, it's absolutely worth it.

This beautiful pastry shop is located on a tree-lined avenue, with outdoor tables where you can sample their specialties despite the summer heat. Their pastries and brioche are excellent, as are their savory snacks, pizza, and focaccia. Recommended for their friendly service and quality!

If you're passing through Novi Ligure, try the brioches they make here, including the signature "olandesina." A pastry shop and café with a wide selection, and an indoor dining area, it's a must-try.

Elvezia is a piece of childhood history for many: it's here today, but it's always been there. Who doesn't remember the legendary Dutch pancakes or the red pizza that lit up generations of kids' birthdays? Matteo has created a perfect blend of creativity and tradition, always with a heartfelt touch: you can taste it and see it. It remains one of the few places where an aperitivo is still a genuine pleasure, as are two properly made pasta dishes. We enjoyed an aperitivo al fresco, served with stuffed focaccia, pizza, and tramezzini: all prepared with taste and attention. A historic place, with the true flavor of yesteryear.

Excellent historic pastry shop in the city centre, I have been going there since I was a child, the classic Dutch pastries are delicious, but the aperitifs are also excellent

Questo pomeriggio avevo un ompegno molto impegnativo e per addolcire un pochino la giornata merenda in questo bar-pasticceria legendario di Novi: ottimo café’ e la celeberrima olandesina. Tutto delizioso Bravi 👏bravi 👏 bravi 👏 ovviamente Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!
