A great place to enjoy a generous spritz and something different from the usual chips. The staff are all extremely kind and attentive, something that's becoming increasingly rare in Cagliari's restaurant scene. Kindness will save the world ❤️

While strolling along Via Vittorio Emanuele, we stopped at Ellusu for an aperitif. We ordered platters and drinks. Everything was super generous with excellent prices. Thanks to Matteo, who read our minds 😁... friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to return. Thank you.

We stopped by Ellusu for a quick aperitivo and it was really nice! The limoncello spritz was perfect — light, refreshing, and just right for me. Lovely spot to unwind!

Simply AMAZING! Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, TOP staff! We trusted the waiter, who brought us a platter full of Sardinian products, one SLURP after another. We left disappointed but definitely full and satisfied.

27/08/2025: Aperitivo deserves top marks, everything is delicious, from the cocktails to the platters, and the staff is superb! I recommend it.
27/08/2025: The drinks were very good, except that the Aperol Spritz came in a glass with a handle, not the typical Aperol glass. This isn't nice for Aperol lovers, but overall, it was really nice at La Staffa.

12/10/2025: Beautiful, historic restaurant on Cagliari's central pedestrian street. Super fresh, excellent, and plentiful food, enjoyed slowly in a warm, comfortable atmosphere—it feels like eating at home. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. The restaurant only serves dinner, and only up to capacity. There's no rotation; those who do get seated can enjoy the entire evening. Since it's always crowded, it's best to book in advance.
