Go eat there, it’s really good. We tasted the carbonara pasta as everyone said that it was very good: I confirm to take it without hesitation. The recommendation for a glass of red wine was also very good. The desserts ditto at the top. The servers were attentive and very friendly and spoke French. My advice is to eat there, you won't be disappointed.

Nice place, well furnished and with a nice outdoor area, a little out of the way, discovered by chance, very kind and efficient waitress. Good choice of dishes, typical Roman and Sicilian cuisine. We ordered a fresh artichoke salad with Taggiasca olives and parmesan flakes, Roman-style artichokes with crusty bread and oil, focaccia and sautéed chicory. Everything very fresh and delicious. The artichoke salad cost 17 euros but it was worth it. A little more expensive than average but definitely superior quality.
Bathrooms spotless. Advised.

We were Rome for 4 nights and we ate here 2 times we loved it so much, the workers were fantastic and the food was amazing. We tried to go back a third night but it was closed on Wednesday night. Bummer. Make sure you go here and get amazing food!

EFFE EFFE is perfect for those wanting to avoid the typical tourist crowds. Their Carbonara is outstanding—creamy, flavorful, and one of the best in the city. The bruschetta with burrata is also exceptional, probably the best I’ve ever had. The owner’s warm hospitality and the attentive, friendly staff make the experience even better.

We came across this restaurant only by chance, but the food was very good, the aperol was also good. Nice service. The only thing that bothered me a little were the tables - very close to each other. I recommend.
