Lunch with the family... Various chickpea and wheat flours. Very good. I also recommend the Ligurian rabbit. very helpful staff in a family environment. Honest price.

The level of the cuisine is always up to par (it's a shame that the previous reviews were lost with the "movement" with Google) after the move from Valle di Vado L. (via Piave) to Tosse, a hamlet of Noli. This time we tried only the "farinata tour" for the first time: All the accompanying options for both the "white" and "chickpea" base were truly delicious. Few times have I appreciated our Ligurian specialty so much.

One of those places that you hate to review well because you're afraid that it will then be attacked! Super friendly and patient staff with children, excellent food and amazing mushroom ravioli with fondue. Absolutely recommended, one km from the Spotorno toll booth, it's worth stopping!

Familiarity, courtesy, professionalism.

Rustic trattoria with traditional dishes and some off-menu dishes of higher quality and cost: you can eat à la carte, or a land menu or a farinata tour (even for lunch!). In certain periods a fish menu is also offered. We opted for a land menu at €25 including 3 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, water and coffee. For the starters they brought us a portion of farinata and we found that it was excellent (a la carte is offered with many types of fillings, including original ones). Starters: cold cuts/cheese platter, veal with tuna sauce, simple chickpea farinata. First courses: ravioli with ragù and tagliolini with white rabbit ragù. Second courses: Ligurian-style rabbit, roasted with mushroom sauce accompanied by French fries. Very high quality/price ratio so I recommend it and I will definitely return. The only constructive criticism I feel like making is not bringing all the starters to the table at the same time and the same thing was done with the 2 first courses and the 2 second courses; this for two reasons; the first is that there is physically no room on the table for all that stuff and the second, more serious, that, if you bring several hot dishes at the same time, you will inevitably eat some of them cold, unless instead of chewing the food you swallow it directly ! If this little problem is corrected the place is perfect!!!

Trattoria rustica con piatti della tradizione e alcuni piatti fuori menù di qualità e costo più elevato: si può mangiare alla carta, oppure un menù di terra o un giro farinata (anche a pranzo!). In certi periodi viene proposto anche un menù di pesce. Noi abbiamo optato per un menù di terra a €25 comprensivo di 3 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi, dolce, acqua e caffè. Negli antipasti ci hanno portato una porzione di farinata e abbiamo constatato che è ottima (alla carta viene proposta con molti tipi di farciture anche originali). Antipasti: tagliere di salumi e formaggi, vitello tonnato, farinata semplice di ceci. Primi: ravioli al ragù e tagliolini al ragù bianco di coniglio. Secondi: coniglio alla ligure, arrosto con sugo di funghi accompagnati da patatine fritte. Rapporto qualità/prezzo altissimo quindi lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente. L’unica critica costruttiva che mi sento di fare è di non portare tutti gli antipasti al tavolo nello stesso momento e allo stesso modo è stato fatto con i 2 primi e con i 2 secondi; questo per due motivi; il primo è che non c’è fisicamente posto sui tavolo per tutta quella roba e il secondo, più grave, che, se porti più piatti caldi in contemporanea, inevitabilmente qualcuno lo mangerai freddo, a meno che invece di masticare il cibo lo ingoi direttamente! Se si corregge questo piccolo problema il posto è perfetto!!! Mi stupisco delle recensioni dove ci si lamenta della lentezza: con noi son stati fin troppo veloci! Altro piccolo consiglio: cambiare i piatti per i due primi (visto che uno è al ragù rosso e l'altro al ragù bianco) sarebbe cosa gradita anche se si tratta di una trattoria 😉. Giro farinata a €20 consigliatissimo sarà il mio prossimo obiettivo! Visto il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo è frequentatissimo quindi sempre meglio prenotare!
