Elements Bistrot In Bologna

The food was pretty good especially the poke bowls and the restaurant was quite nice and air conditioned. However, the staff seemed fine but when it came to paying, there were some problems. First, the lady tried to charge for a different dish which cost more and only changed it after I pointed out the mistake. She didn't seem sorry. Afterwards she gave back the change with 5€ missing and tried to leave the counter quickly, so I couldn't say anything. I don't know if that was an honest mistake, since I couldn't find any similar reviews but it definitely was suspicious. She again didn't apologize, which makes me think it is a regular thing.

Best Poke I had in Italy. Build your own Poke Bowl with many variety to select. Food is delicious. staff are friendly and great service. They are honest and offer refund for over charging. One of the waitress speak chinese. Highly recommended

Really nice place. You can also find vegan croissants (brioche), which are really good. I highly recommend going there
