Review dedicated to Olivieri 1882's Panettoni and Customer Care, as it has not yet gone to the pastry shop. The Panettone (for me, the Classic above all, but on this I am quite "traditional": even the others I have tried are of (g)astronomical level!) which we have been ordering for a few years now have slowly become "IL-Panettone- point": balance, flavour, aromas, raw materials, all truly spectacular. But one aspect that I experienced only this year was Customer Care: very prompt, fast, available, above all expectations (the adjectives should actually be feminine, for Ilaria: top!). In other words, the high quality of the "product" does not stop at the ingredients, the recipe, the pastry chef's skill, but reaches all the way to our home. Thank you, Christmas is even tastier this way!

Olivieri 1882 is total perfection. A magical place to eat phenomenal products designed and created by a brilliant mind such as that of Maestro Nicola Olivieri and his collaborators. Yes, the prices are not exactly cheap and sometimes you make some sacrifices to be able to afford such delicacies, but what is certain is that the quality of the product is far superior to anyone else in Italy and beyond. The girls in the store are all super nice and polite. Note of merit goes to Rossella, who is also super technically prepared on the composition of all the products in the store, something not so obvious to find elsewhere. In short, a wonderful place with products of undoubted and excellent quality.

Exaggerated prices... moreover, instead of sugar I asked for honey and they made me pay for it.
