I haven't been here, but for Christmas they gave me a Classic Panettone. Well, what can I say: SPECTACULAR. I could have eaten it all in one go! I'm from Cuneo, but there's nothing like it here.

If you're looking for artisanal excellence, Olivieri 1882's panettone is a must. You can already taste its extraordinary quality as soon as you cut it: a deep yellow dough with perfect air bubbles, a sign of natural leavening with meticulous attention to detail. The texture is incredible, a true soft "cloud" that melts in your mouth. The candied fruit and raisins are plump, fragrant, and masterfully distributed, creating a balance of flavors that's sweet but never cloying. The use of top-quality ingredients (excellent butter and eggs) is evident. Paired with a good classic method sparkling wine (like a Ferrari Trento DOC), it elevates dessert time to a gourmet experience. It's more than just a dessert; it's the symbol of Christmas made to perfection. Absolutely fabulous, worth every penny!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent coffee. Very nice and clean atmosphere. The table service is a bit disorganized. I expected something better from the pastries and croissants. I've had better.

Excellent products, spacious and quiet place, friendly staff.

The atmosphere is very refined, with plenty of seating. I had a chocolate cheesecake brioche and a juice: both delicious! The staff is very kind and helpful; I especially asked for raspberry jam to be added to my "Cloud with Pastry Cream"; the girl at the counter was incredibly kind and made it for me. I highly recommend it, especially for the unique brioches and the courtesy and kindness of the staff.

Was thrilled to have our Panettone Classico arrive on Christmas Eve! Packaging was extraordinarily secure and arrived in great shape. Can't wait to enjoy with family - wishing you all in Arzignano a joyous Christmas holiday season.

In my 28 years of life, I've never tasted a panettone better than this. My Christmas has taken a decidedly tastier turn.
