It's a place where you can enjoy truly authentic dishes, both traditional Bolognese and typical Roman dishes. The chef is very talented! The location envelops you, making you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, as are the chef's wife and daughter, who are brilliant at making this moment of relaxation unique, surrounded by aromas from porcini mushrooms to crispy guanciale, whether it's a carbonara or an amatriciana. Not to mention the desserts, which are also homemade. Well done, keep up the good work! I recommend it to everyone! I forgot one very important thing: it's spotless!
