11/03/2026: I'll start by saying I'm not a beer fan. The location is nice and the food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I visited the place for the first time for a special occasion and was impressed by the setting: the glass window overlooking the fermentation lab is very impressive. The food seems good, as is the wine selection (I really enjoyed the Colle Mare) for €20 and a ceaser salad for €11. Unfortunately, however, the prices seem quite high for the overall experience, due to the subpar service. The waitress with the bangs was unfriendly and hasty. It was unpleasant to see tables half-served and, even more so, to feel rushed because the dishes were taken away when several people at the table were still finishing their meals. A real shame, because the atmosphere deserves much more attentive and professional service. I'm in the business and I can understand having a bad day, but this isn't good because customers make money, and that has a significant impact. Building a good relationship and trust with them is crucial, otherwise you risk losing customers. I'm sure I won't be going back. I'm sorry.

01/02/2026: Super cool place, I think it's located in an old factory. The style is industrial-modern, and you can see the brewery through the glass! Great atmosphere, and very easy to get to because it's downtown and has ample parking. Very fast service, good food, and EXCELLENT beers! The small size allows you to try more! Recommended for couples, friends, and families!
