Great food, fast and friendly service and very interesting quality / price ratio. I have been back more than once.

Everything is fine, I just don't find it correct not to display a menu and consequently not to inform the customer of the prices of the dishes, especially not even at the time of the bill, as well as not issuing any receipt. I am the first to have no interest in requesting it, but first and foremost I "demand" transparency and correctness from the restaurateur.

All the quality of tradition in a rustic and family environment. Exceptional cuisine, particular note for the gnocchi: unmissable!

In Pralongo in Val Zoldana, a typical restaurant that offers genuine and abundant dishes with attentive and friendly service. The platter of roast meats with vegetables is the main dish not to be missed. Highly recommended in all respects

Really enjoyed the mixed grill and the owner made a big effort to find a corner to squeeze us in to eat after seeing our hungry 6 year old, even though they were fully booked and very busy. Appreciated friendly service, great house wine. We went twice and will visit again the next time we are in the region. Update 2025: still spectacularly good (especially the primi) and amazingly good value for the standard. Always come to eat here if in the area. You need to book ahead at the weekend.

Consigliatissimo. Ospiti di amici, abbiamo pranzato al Tajer dove siamo stati accolti con cordialità dal personale gentile e sorridente e da una bottiglia di vino rosso e un tagliere di crudo per iniziare. Specialissime le pappardelle ai porcini e ancor di più gli gnocchi di spinaci allo speck. A seguire una grigliata accompagnata da contorno di verdure e per finire i dolci buonissimi e fatti da loro (torta di mele e crostata con marmellata ai frutti di bosco). Porzioni giuste, che permettono di gustare tutto fino alla fine, senza sentirsi appesantiti. Locale caratteristico e servizio veloce e attento.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale di ritorno da un'escursione in zona. A partire dalla calorosa accoglienza fino al dolce è stata un'ottima esperienza. Al tavolo si viene accolti da acqua e vino della casa che sono inclusi nel coperto e da un piccolo tagliere di benvenuto. Noi abbiamo optato per le pappardelle ai porcini veramente degne di nota. A seguire 2 dolci fatti in casa deliziosi. Se siete in zona una visita vale sicuramente la pena. Lisa & Massimo
