I stumbled upon them by chance and now they are my suppliers for special parties but also for a family dinner. And to my great joy I discovered that stracotto ravioli are available every week and not just at Christmas. Dovevamo organizzare una cena con amici a casa nostra. Capitati per caso in piazza Bacone a Milano vediamo questa piccola vetrina con proposte culinarie allettanti! Siamo entrati e abbiamo preso dei piatti preparati per la sera, dei contorni, dolce e vino! Il risultato della cena con gli amici è stato OTTIMO! direi che il piatto migliore sono stati i tortellini, il titolare di origini Bolognesi ci ha consigliato per tutta la cena ed è stato perfetto. Grazie non dimenticheremo mai la cordialità la gentilezza ma soprattutto la bontà dei piatti :-) la torta di mele uno spettacolo! lucio

I live quite far from El Paste but when I'm in the area I'm happy to go to them and find out what's new at the moment. I have known El Paste since its inauguration). Excellent raw material processed by the great Chef that cannot be questioned! The ravioli are the excellence of this place... the ready meals are always a delicious proposition for the palate and then you absolutely must try the apple pie, truly sublime 😃👍 Lucio

It is difficult to find such good fresh pasta in Milan. Vanni and his staff work with passion and dedication, this is greatly appreciated!

I have always found their cuisine perfect and complete, both for informal dinners and for more structured menus. There is always food ready at the counter but if you order everything they can fulfill every request. In my house there aren't even crumbs left on my plate!

I have been their customer for years because the quality of the food is always very high: seasonal and fresh ingredients, delicious pasta, menu always attentive to vegetarians and vegans too. Furthermore, the service is always punctual and all the staff are polite and friendly. I highly recommend it!
