05/01/2025: The chef welcomed us into his restaurant, refined and elegant, with disarming courtesy and kindness. Very nice and affable, he immediately showed himself well disposed towards the Golden Retriever puppy we brought with us Place chosen to let a couple of Sardinian friends taste Piedmontese cuisine. It opens with homemade focaccia and bread, accompanied with oil (and salt on request: smoked and maldon). Everything was very nice and good.
