I'm at Panfe on Strada Altessano in Turin, and there's a lady introduced as "area manager" who doesn't follow basic health and hygiene standards while serving, unlike the other employee who certainly does! I'm so presumptuous as to write this because I do this job. It doesn't work that way! It's not the first time I've seen it.
