We went to El Miura tonight for pizza; since it was Saturday, we had to wait a bit, but the kindness of the staff made it easier. The pizza they make is truly delicious, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The pizza dough, in particular, has a flavor that other pizzerias can only dream of. So, for me, it's the best and I definitely recommend it!
