Excellent meat and good value overall, especially if there's a TheFork deal. I've been there 3-4 times already and would gladly go back for some good meat!

Regarding our first experience, I'd like to say a few things... I gave it top marks for the location, as the atmosphere perfectly matches the name of the establishment. I believe it's not frequented by young people, but by classy people who are perfectly familiar with the tastings of the excellent gastronomic products offered here. We noted the presence of excellent Sardinian wineries, but an excellent wine cellar created with DOC certification from different types of native regional grape varieties is something else entirely. The staff is professional, knowledgeable about drinks as well, and always ready to explain each type of wine paired with each dish. For this, we'd like to personally thank the staff named Sergio, who works in the dining room, for his impeccable service. The prices are good, and the selection of meats is excellent, as are the fantastic dessert side dishes. What more can I say? Try it and believe it. See you next time.

We had dinner at El Asador on Saturday evening. We arrived at 8:55 PM and were greeted courteously, but unfortunately, once we were shown to our table, we had to wait about 35 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Considering the dining room wasn't full, this initial delay was a bit surprising. After placing our order, the wait was longer than expected: only a basket with three small sandwiches and a bottle of water was served until 10:05 PM. The overall timing was the aspect that most impacted the experience: a little more attention, or even just a few stops at the table to update the guests, would have been enough. When the main course arrived (the €70 parrillada for two), we found both positive and negative aspects: • Excellent quality meat, flavorful and well-selected • Good vegetables and adequate portions • However, both the meat and the baked potato were almost cold, which unfortunately compromised their full potential. A delay in the dining room or kitchen likely affected the service, as rare meat should be served immediately to maintain its flavor and temperature. Another small note: the menu lists typical Argentinean sauces, but they were not served. We would have liked to finish with dessert, but no one came to take our order, and after a long wait, we gave up. There was also a line when it came to the bill, even though the dining room was empty. However, I want to emphasize that we're truly sorry that the evening didn't live up to expectations, especially since a family member frequents the restaurant often and always speaks highly of it, both in terms of quality and speed of service (with waits of about 5 minutes). It's natural to assume it was a bad night or some internal issue. We appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the courtesy shown at checkout. We hope this feedback will be taken as a constructive input, as the restaurant's potential is evident. I hope to return in the future and update this review with a higher rating. Best regards.

Very good food, quiet but typical atmosphere, kind and knowledgeable staff, fair price

The atmosphere exudes warmth with a slightly Argentinian feel. The meat is truly delicious. Argentinian meat and dishes are served in a rustic setting with colorful wicker chairs, frescoes, and terracotta floors. Excellent prices. Worth a try.
