This trattoria-pizzeria is a pleasant surprise. The menu is extensive, both for pizzas, calzones, bruschetta, and more, as well as for traditional dishes. Good, well-leavened pizza, generous and tasty first and second courses. Attentive and fast service. Recommended.

Gaucho offers a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every craving! Pastry chef Damiano created a wonderful and delicious dessert for us! Excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and generous portions! Highly recommended!

Tons of pizzas to choose from, from traditional to specialty...all very tasty. The order arrives in minutes...the pizza is large and really good. The staff is really friendly. The desserts are a bit pricey, but they're worth it. One of the best places I've ever been to. Well done!!!!

Restaurant and pizzeria with large spaces. Excellent for receptions and special occasions such as communions, confirmations, etc. Very spacious indoor and outdoor spaces and ample adjacent parking. Various and plentiful menu. Delicious desserts.

A traditional pizzeria in the spa area, near the center of Montegrotto Terme. The pizza was truly remarkable, with excellent dough. Ample parking, friendly staff.

El Gaucho pizzeria is our favorite place to dine after our freediving sessions at Y-40 or Columbus. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices. What more can I say? I highly recommend it. The pizzas are truly delicious!

30/05/2026: Even though it doesn't look like a pizzeria from the outside, inside it has a nice dining room with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept. There's a large basement room for parties, etc., and also a lovely outdoor terrace in the back for dining al fresco. We ordered two pizzas, and they were really good. The dough is light and easy to digest, and they come with a nice selection of toppings. The staff was courteous and attentive. They served us quickly, and everyone was very kind. The prices are really good. We'll definitely be back ❤️
13/04/2026: A place that makes you feel at home, (air-conditioned) the owner Sara is always friendly and kind. Daniel's pizzas, with the help of Miriam, are excellent, and Mauro in the kitchen is a great guy.
