El Cubano In Roma

Excellent restaurant. Super authentic Cuban food. We are Cubans and despite the quality of Italian food we missed the flavor of our Cuban food. The place leaves nothing to be desired. Despite being an ocean away from Cuba, we felt like we were at home thanks to the food and excellent service.

Ristorantino nascosto ma strepitoso. Cibo cubano delizioso. Carne o pesce. Maiale o pollo o manzo. Una delizia! Servizio gentile. Parcheggio facile.

Called to ask for the correct pronunciation of the name José. They helped me kindly. Very nice, unfortunately I live a 5 hour drive away, when I go to Rome I will definitely stop by.

Un angolo di Cuba in Italia. Varcare la porta è come arrivare è un po’ come aver preso l’aereo per ritrovarsi a Cuba. Un ambiente originale sotto tutto i l’unti di vista, l’arredo, i proprietari e il cibo… spesso anche gli avventori. Il menù ricco di piatti tipici ti invita a tornare… per provare quello che non si è riusciti a provare la volta precedente. La qualità del cibo è ottima, quella del servizio anche di più. Prezzi decisamente contenuti. Consigliatissimo.

A corner of Cuba in Italy. Crossing the door is like arriving, it's a bit like having taken the plane to find yourself in Cuba. An original environment in all aspects, the furnishings, the owners and the food... often even the customers. The menu full of typical dishes invites you to return... to try what you weren't able to try the previous time. The quality of the food is excellent, the service even better. Definitely low prices. Highly recommended.

The experience was a bit up and down. Let's start with the location: unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The atmosphere wasn't particularly Cuban-themed, and the menus, printed on a simple sheet of paper stuck in a plastic bag, certainly didn't make a good impression. Moving on to the food, however, I have to say that it was a pleasant surprise. The formula allows you to compose the dish to your taste, choosing between rice (white or congri), a second course (prawns, chicken cooked in various ways or beef) and a side dish (fried or boiled potatoes). The flavors were authentic and well balanced, a real positive. Finally, the quality-price ratio is honest: with 15 euros you can enjoy a hearty and satisfying single dish. In conclusion, I recommend this restaurant for the quality of the dishes and the affordable prices, but the location would need a good refresh to create a more welcoming atmosphere consistent with the Cuban theme (just the background of Cuban music is not enough).

Small but with friendly staff, typical Mexican food... no parking I recommend it

Amazing Cuban restaurant. I have tasted all the dishes on the menu over time. Really delicious. Very friendly staff and possibility of parking in the adjacent streets. Don't miss this experience. If you have been to Cuba, you will find its authentic flavors. If you haven't been to Cuba, you'll be dying to go.

Excellent food, with authentic Cuban flavor. Premium ingredients. I ordered the Chan Chan plate (breaded chicken breast fillet, white rice and beans). All very tasty.
