The attention to the customer, the quality and the offer of the meat, very high and above all very good. We had a waygu carpaccio and a very very good steak, both cooking and quality. The bill is higher than average but it must be said that it is due to the slightly more refined meats. Recommended!

We returned with great pleasure to this grill restaurant that has become a point of reference for our family, and as always the experience was excellent from every point of view. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a sincere smile and rare courtesy: the staff is extremely kind. A special thanks to the owner, a family friend for many years, always available, affable and with a kind word for everyone. The place is very well cared for in detail, warm and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. And then there is her: the meat. Simply divine. Even the side dishes, wines and desserts deserve a special mention: you can see that here nothing is left to chance. In a world where restaurants often all look the same, here you can still feel the heart, the passion and the true familiarity. We will definitely return, as always. Ci vado almeno una volta al mese da parecchio tempo. Carne, a Bari, significa Churrasco. Hanno una selezione eccellente di tagli pregiati, sempre cotti alla perfezione. Da provare sicuramente le iberiche e le costate di Simmenthal. Nulla da dire sulla cantina, che offre una ricca scelta di vini. Quanto ai tempi di attesa, bisogna dar ragione ad alcune recensioni. Durante il fine settimana si aspetta molto, ma è del tutto comprensibile considerato il tempo richiesto per cuocere tagli di carne molto spessi e il numero di coperti gestiti dal ristorante. Se volete mangiare in un posto così durante il sabato o la domenica, non dovete lamentarvi se aspetterete un po'. Ci torno sempre volentieri, per me non c'è confronto con altri ristoranti di carne in città e, addirittura, in provincia.

A friend of mine and I went for dinner last night, it wasn't the first time I've been to this place. I decided to write the review simply to compliment the food and the location as well as having been looked after at the table by the waiter Luca, a wonderful gentleman, polite, kind and always available... (in the style of my father, a man from times gone by who transmits the values ​​and sense of family even while working).... (nothing to take away from any other waiter, of course they are all good too) thanks again to Mr. Luca ☺️..

We had dinner in this restaurant, found by chance, I must say that it is really welcoming, very good products. Very friendly and kind staff. I don't give 4 stars for the grilled lamb, although I specify well cooked, they were not at all. For the rest I am satisfied and would go again. The only photo is my son's cutlet.

Ho deciso di organizzare una cena aziendale ed è andata benissimo. Ci siamo lasciati guidare nella scelta delle portate e del vino ed è stato tutto eccellente dall'antipasto al dolce. Servizio attento e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente

25/07/2025: A truly delicious beer tavern with outdoor seating overlooking a small square shared with another establishment. The extensive menu offers a variety of choices, depending on whether you want to simply have a drink or simply linger and enjoy. The five of us had taralli and dried fruit as an appetizer, followed by three different starters: beer-infused brioche with goat cheese cream, Cantabrian anchovies, and caramelized onion; sgagliozze with creamed cod, lime zest, and black garlic; and pasta frittata with cream and zucchini chips. The desserts were truly delicious: we chose a millefeuille made with Altamura bread and a white peach parfait with chocolate and salt crumble and fresh mint. We also had three beers and unlimited water. The service was truly exceptional. Even the chef came to our table and spoke to us enthusiastically about his vision for the restaurant and his work. The quality-price ratio was excellent. A+++.

Trattoria Terra Madre

24/08/2025: If a restaurant captures the image of the region, Terra Madre is that image. A vegetable garden inside the restaurant is a clear demonstration of the use of fresh, simple ingredients to prepare traditional dishes and delightful variations. There's no point in exaggerating. Simplicity always wins, and at Terra Madre they know it. Well done!
23/08/2025: Not suitable for families with children. The idea is great, as is the location. The mandatory two-course menu offer, a little less so. We came in without a reservation, two of us with a 5-year-old child, and asked for information. We were told they were making an exception for the child, and he could eat from our menu. I asked if the €35 menu included a first course, and they said yes. We sat down, and the first courses arrived (all made with locally sourced vegetables). The quality was excellent, as were the pairings. After a while, I asked, as agreed, to let the child eat. The second set of seven courses arrived, but still nothing from the first course. I asked the waiter, and the first course arrived. When we got the bill, the surprise was double. We ordered two €35 menus, two still ones and a coffee, for a total of €100 (maybe we paid for the first course? That's fair, but wasn't the tasting menu?). Honestly, I don't understand how they did the math (receipt boo) but I understand that it's not a place for families.
