Received the potatoes and vegetables at least a quarter of an hour before the meat; it arrived without the sauce ordered 🤔 the ​​plates were good and hot, everything was taken away and the meat was brought back to us on a cold plate without the potatoes! Disastrous even if the meat was delicious! Also, no menu... everything on your mobile phone as long as you have one 🥴

Four of us had dinner. Nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Bombette, sausage, and Simmenthal rib...SUPER. The only small flaw was the flavorless vegetables.

The attention to the customer, the quality and the offer of the meat, very high and above all very good. We had a waygu carpaccio and a very very good steak, both cooking and quality. The bill is higher than average but it must be said that it is due to the slightly more refined meats. Recommended!

We returned with great pleasure to this grill restaurant that has become a point of reference for our family, and as always the experience was excellent from every point of view. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a sincere smile and rare courtesy: the staff is extremely kind. A special thanks to the owner, a family friend for many years, always available, affable and with a kind word for everyone. The place is very well cared for in detail, warm and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. And then there is her: the meat. Simply divine. Even the side dishes, wines and desserts deserve a special mention: you can see that here nothing is left to chance. In a world where restaurants often all look the same, here you can still feel the heart, the passion and the true familiarity. We will definitely return, as always. Siamo stati benissimo! Nonostante nn avessimo prenotato ci hanno fatto accomodare anche se il locale era pieno. La qualità del cibo è eccellente, il personale molto molto cortese e disponibile! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Consiglio a tutti questi ristorante che ha delle vibes veramente positive ❤️

Ci vado almeno una volta al mese da parecchio tempo. Carne, a Bari, significa Churrasco. Hanno una selezione eccellente di tagli pregiati, sempre cotti alla perfezione. Da provare sicuramente le iberiche e le costate di Simmenthal. Nulla da dire sulla cantina, che offre una ricca scelta di vini. Quanto ai tempi di attesa, bisogna dar ragione ad alcune recensioni. Durante il fine settimana si aspetta molto, ma è del tutto comprensibile considerato il tempo richiesto per cuocere tagli di carne molto spessi e il numero di coperti gestiti dal ristorante. Se volete mangiare in un posto così durante il sabato o la domenica, non dovete lamentarvi se aspetterete un po'. Ci torno sempre volentieri, per me non c'è confronto con altri ristoranti di carne in città e, addirittura, in provincia.
