Well, good price, but far away and the waiters are a bit pedantic

Everything is standard, good prices, and the food is so good it deserves all the stars.

THE FOOD IS SUPER DELICIOUS, THE ANTICUCHOS ARE GREAT, AND THE FISH A LA MACHO IS VERY DELICIOUS, EVERYTHING.

Excellent place for Peruvian food, as they have a lot of Latin American customers. The only downside is that the server isn't always able to help you choose from the menu; you have to make do with translation. Probably just a language issue. However, everyone is very kind and helpful and does their best to please their customers. I've been there several times and the food is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

The truth is, I speak from my personal experience, but I was very satisfied with the service, the location, and the food. Congratulations. The first Peruvian restaurant that doesn't stink of food! By God, it's a miracle. I'm doubtful! But when I entered, I stayed and enjoyed my delicious Peruvian ceviche; it was truly delicious. Congratulations! If I could give 20 stars, I would. Please don't even think about changing. If they do change, let it be for the better. Thank you very much.

Honestly, considering this is my first time at this restaurant, I can say the food was delicious! The only negative was the slow, inattentive service, and it wasn't that busy! Otherwise, everything was great. We'll definitely be back!

Being familiar with Peruvian cuisine’s rich history, I have to admit that my experience at El Carbonazo De Baggio did not fully meet my expectations. The dishes I tried were decidedly lacking in salt, which significantly detracted from the overall flavor. Additionally, the wait times for service were surprisingly long. I was particularly surprised by the absence of a staple classic like pollo a la brasa, a true pillar of Peruvian cuisine, from the menu. Finally, the grill I ordered, priced at €20, was overcooked, compromising its texture and flavor. I hope the restaurant can take these aspects into consideration to improve the experience offered to customers, especially in relation to the authenticity of the flavors and the management of service times.
