We had lunch at this restaurant last Friday. Very good paella, taken in two different versions, both valid. Big disappointment for the starter, chosen Cantabrian anchovies. They were served in a sad metal box (like a supermarket...) with some fillets in oil inside, all accompanied by pieces of bread, let's say toasted.... costing 12 euros! Definitely worth seeing again.

Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia con la paella squisita che fanno in questo locale. Ottimo ambiente, prezzi nella media, porzioni abbondanti generose.

Trattoria da Bussè

03/02/2025: Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien". Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!
