The restaurant is good, but the prices are high. The use of ingredients and their production on the farm are explained, which may be interesting for some people. The tartar and the pasta were good.

The food is delicious. The wait staff bringing the food makes great recommendations and is very friendly. We had an issue with the "wine expert". He kept trying to push wine on us (bringing a large bottle when we asked for a small one). He left a bottle of wine and some drinks off our bill and we didn't notice when we paid. He then chased us down in the parking lot and tried to get us to pay him cash. When we wanted to go inside and review the bill together he demanded cash and said we would get a discount if we gave him cash. Overall it was a good experience but you need to pay close attention to the drinks they bring you, advocate for what you want, and double check the bill.

Everything was very good. Prices have gone up a lot, and customer service has dropped a bit. It's a shame because it was a regular stop for me.

One of the top three dining experiences of my life. The setting on the farm surrounded by the mountains sets an incredible scene. They start with the frozen rock with beautiful whipped butter and freshly baked bread. The mountain salad was gorgeous and I would say was the best salad I’ve ever tasted. Perfection in simplicity. We also loved the wine pairings. I had such a slow and leisurely lunch. I dream of returning here. The gnocchi with parmagiano foam was surprising and delicious as was the roasted sausage.

The bread and butter dish is the BEST bread and butter dish we have had. Generous portion, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, a true farm to table dining experience. Highly recommend getting the selection of cured meat and cheeses too.

Second time here, and despite some negative reviews, all our expectations were met! Friendly and attentive service. Awesome location and simple menu, but superbly prepared. Special mention for the baked carrots and their sauce. We'll be back :)

Despite it being the weekend, we got a table within 10 minutes. The menu is small, which is perfectly in keeping with the mostly homemade and exclusively regional products. The vast majority of the produce used (from vegetables to cheese) comes directly from the farm where "El Brite de Larieto" is located, run by self-taught chef Riccardo Gaspari (awarded both a classic and a green Michelin star) and his wife. For starters, we had the cheese selection with ham/salami, served with whipped butter and bread/focaccia, as well as the wild herb salad from the restaurant's own garden. We very much enjoyed the baked carrots with a delicate umami sauce and green oil for the main course. The tagliatelle with sausage ragu was solid. For dessert, the butter ice cream was much more impressive than the berry ice cream. The service was very friendly and at times attentive. The beer selection is extensive. The prosecco and wine weren't quite to our taste. In the end, we were full and paid €134 for two people – quite reasonable for the quality of the produce. The salad could be a bit cheaper than the meat dishes. A lovely place for down-to-earth, Alpine cuisine with a regional touch. For those who prefer something more experimental, why not try Gaspari's "San Brite"?
