This cozy restaurant is nestled high in the hills. For a fantastic evening with delicious food and fantastic wines, this is the place to be. Weather permitting, book outside and enjoy the beautiful view. If you choose to sit inside, you can watch the perfect cuts of meat being prepared in the open kitchen.

Everything was simply fantastic!! Quality meat and friendly staff, a great discovery. We had two appetizers, including eggplant meatballs and the sushi. Oh my, how delicious, and then we finished with el caballo, meat served with eggs and potatoes!!! The desserts were also top-notch... I'll definitely be back! Congratulations!

My partner and I went to dinner this evening. It's a very intimate place with a breathtaking view. We started with two appetizers: sushi and Angus beef tartare. Delicious! Then we had the grilled meat, which was amazing, and included potatoes with Gorgonzola cream and scamorza cheese. We drank a very good Argentinean white wine, and finally we had a pudding with dulce de lece... Highly recommended.

A welcoming restaurant, a unique location in the Monferrato hills, with helpful and friendly staff. The meat is amazing, served on small grills to keep it warm. The meat is delicious, excellent, and cooked to perfection, regardless of the cuts. The mixed appetizers are tasty. The wine list is good. Parking is close by. Appetizers, mixed grill, dessert, water, and wine are €65-70!

Un vero ristorante argentino tra le colline dell’astigiano. Un’ottima carta dei vini (argentini,ovvio, ma anche qualche bella etichetta piemontese) accompagna il ricco menù che non delude mai. Sfiziosi piccoli antipasti preceduti da tre salse che “obbligano” a fare scarpetta col buon pane che non manca mai. Poi la splendida, gustosa, grigliata (con l’aggiunta della Provola affumicata) mantenuta calda dall’apposito braciere. Impossibile non uscire soddisfattissimi.

Torniamo con una discreta frequenza in questo bellissimo posto sperduto tra le colline del Monferrato astigiano. La posizione dominante regala un panorama da sogno e il locale è accogliente sia nel romantico dehor che all'interno. Si viene qui per mangiare carne cucinata sulla meravigliosa ed enorme griglia argentina che troneggia nella cucina a vista. Questa volta abbiamo optato per la carne in purezza: sottifiletto di chorizo alla griglia. Vista la scelta del piatto unico abbiamo puntato sulla taglia più grande da 500gr. (34 euro). Il sottofiletto a 68 euro al chilo è equo? A voi l'ardua sentenza. Ciò che invece affermo con certezza è che le patate al cartoccio in accompagnamento erano completamente fredde( molto male!) e che il contorno di frutta e verdura alla griglia è solo un pallido ricordo delle precedenti esecuzioni: broccolo,cavolo,finocchio,carta e peperone. La categoria frutta rappresentata da due misere fettine di pera( non bene!). Costo 9 euro.La scelta dei vini al calice è molto limitata visti i tempi e le restrizioni legali. Alcuni ospiti si "fanno" ancora coraggiosamente la bottiglia intera. A loro rischio di alcool test....Se volessi chiuderla in modo semplicistico e superficiale direi che due sottofiletti,un contorno e un dolce a 111 euro non è a buon mercato. Ma chi viene qui bada alla qualità e alla totale soddisfazione che per questa volta non c'è stata. Voglio El Argentino di prima! Torneremo.....
