I took the Ribs for 4 people in take away and once at home and opened the box I saw that they were charred. Maybe I should have opened the box in the restaurant to check and show them as a "scene" in front of everyone? Now I understand that they had the restaurant full and did not want to make customers wait too long but it cannot go on like this, lower the FLAME! Ps, I am a loyal customer and I understand that certain mistakes can be made, but now it happens frequently .. I prefer to wait 5 minutes more but not to have to find charred and have to clean the Ribs .. 5 stars when you change the method

Excellent evening, the only flaw was that the ventilation from the kitchens wasn't very efficient and there was a strong grill smell throughout the place, more than there should normally be. Furthermore, a small mix-up on the menu, obviously not the fault of the staff, but the company had not sent the updated menus in advance, leaving the waiters in difficulty. In any case, excellent food in line with the quality of the chain.
