I have known this place for a long time, as I had been a guest at some family events. I wanted to celebrate my daughter's CONFIRMATION because it offers first of all the kindness of the owners, the availability of the staff. As for the food, any dish is appreciated by all the guests. I was recommended a truly exquisite cake and wonderful to look at. I recommend it without any doubt, because it is really difficult to find something negative. TOP 110 and praise

Adelfia can boast of an intriguing address where good taste and refinement blend harmoniously. A place that conquers for how you are welcomed, expected and liked. And above all, for how well you have eaten and drunk. We are at “Eden restaurant” an old house renovated and adapted to the case in the town of Adelfia. The setting is very impressive: a structure at the same time elegant and intimate, where the charm of the era has been preserved in the color and smell of the stone vaults. At the entrance there is the open kitchen and at the end a majestic room with warm and enveloping colors. The mise-en-place is clean, essential, but at the same time joyful and colorful, the service attentive and careful. The management of the room is entrusted to the owner who has been able to give a new setting to the cuisine. A proposal that speaks for the territory that uses the most representative products. Round and full flavors distinguish the preparations in which, almost always, the protagonist is the play of consistencies in choral harmonies. The wine list reflects the territory in all its nuances. The starters are elegant and intense: friselle with fried courgette chips or seared pepper. Followed by the platter of cold cuts and cheeses with small red fruit jam, great flavour, just the right amount of saltiness and refinement. The caciocavallo stick, a simple preparation but revisited through a beautiful honey interpretation. To finish, delicious tempura prawns with sweet and sour sauce and the most classic of Apulian dishes, scagliozze. The menu features a tasting menu, 5 courses selected by the property at 20 euros in addition to the à la carte proposal for a dinner to remember.

Adelfia può vantare di un intrigante indirizzo dove buon gusto e ricercatezza si fondono armoniosamente. Un posto che conquista per come si è accolti, aspettati e benvoluti. E soprattutto, per quanto bene si è mangiato e bevuto. Siamo a “Eden restaurant” una vecchia abitazione ristrutturata e adattata al caso nel centro abitato di Adelfia. Lo scenario è di grande effetto: una struttura al tempo stesso elegante e intima, dove il fascino dell’epoca si è conservato nel colore e nell’odore delle volte in pietra. All’ingresso c’è la cucina a vista ed in fondo una maestosa sala dai colori caldi e avvolgenti. La mise-en-place è pulita, essenziale, ma al tempo stesso gioiosa e colorata, il servizio attento e curato. La gestione della sala è affidata alla titolare che ha saputo dare un’impostazione nuova alla cucina. Una proposta portavoce del territorio che impiega i prodotti più rappresentativi.Sapori rotondi e pieni contraddistinguono le preparazioni in cui, quasi sempre, protagonista è il gioco di consistenze in armonie corali. La carta dei vini rispecchia il territorio in tutte le sue sfumature. Eleganti ed intensi i bocconi in entrata: le friselle con chips di zucchina fritta o peperone scottato. A seguire il tagliere di salumi e formaggi con confettura di piccoli frutti rossi, grande sapore, giusta sapidità e raffinatezza. Lo stecco di caciocavallo, un preparato semplice ma rivisto attraverso una bella interpretazione al miele. A chiudere, golosi gamberi in tempura con salsa agrodolce e il più classico dei piatti pugliesi, le scagliozze. Il menù presenta un percorso degustazione, 5 portate selezionate dalla proprietà a 20 euro oltre alla proposta à la carte per una cena da ricordare.
