What a shame it is closed due to partial destruction caused by the landslide! We stayed there in 2012 and 2014. They were both excellent experiences! Stupendous views, great rooms, delicious food and a warm welcome. Two Brazilian tourists following the Via Claudia Augusta on their bikes! No one should complain that the climb is steep! It was a great experience to arrive at the reception by bike! This year, to repeat the feat, the sad news! Closed! Thank goodness no one was hurt! We will stay somewhere else, but we will miss it!
