Great place to buy quality food. Unfortunately, they pay little attention to products that are formally within their expiration date but are starting to get moldy, like the parmesan cheese, which I only noticed at the checkout.

Rome Eataly Courses. We took a couples course: the chef was very professional, empathetic, and very clear with her instructions. Three hours flew by! However, for the price, I didn't really appreciate having to share a bottle of water and other ingredients with the couple next to us. Also, the plastic apron wasn't the best. Unfortunately, I'm only giving it 3 stars, even though we enjoyed the course a lot, because the customer service is lacking, and when you do manage to get through (after several attempts) the help is almost nonexistent.

Abbiamo scelto la paninoteca all'interno di Eataly per una rimpatriata tra amici e perché avevamo un buono sconto. Il personale è gentile ma il mio hamburger era completamente insapore. Alla fine per un fiore di zucca, un hamburger, una media chiara ed un gelato affogato ho speso 30 euro (grazie allo sconto).

Osteria L'Aricciarola

05/12/2025: A typical restaurant serving products from the Castelli Romani area. The porchetta was, as usual, very good and tender. The other appetizers were also noteworthy, especially the stewed beans. I tried several first courses, including cacio e pepe (excellent); wild boar ragù (good, but I prefer it with a little sauce); and the carbonara wasn't my cup of tea. A bit chaotic when ordering, and the wait times could be improved. All in all, a good, historic yet renovated fraschetta.
