I stopped at noon, I had as a first course tortelloni with butter and sage, a tart, a medium beer and a coffee.
All good.
Young and friendly staff, fast service.
Price a little above average.

In my opinion, the quality of service should be improved. In case of special events, the air conditioning must work properly, especially in summer, not only for the guests but also for the staff who work there.

We returned to Eataly after a last terrible experience during the covid period and fortunately we were very happy with it.
Since it was the month of the Roman cuisine festival, we took a gricia and an amatriciana ... the pasta was good and the portion not too big.
The celiac person who was having lunch with me took the meat tartare (very good), but it's a shame about the chips ... the fryer for gluten-free foods was broken.
Overall a nice experience topped off by the presence of a good waitress who took our order and a fast service (not for the coffee).
The price is quite high, but we will definitely be back.

the other day I bought myself a whole form of cheese (famous brand) and a half leg of raw ham.. wow a scary smell..
As I arrived by car, among other things in the fantastic underground parking!!! fresh clean and private...
I got into the car and wrapped in the smell of my purchases I ENJOYED my Cheese and Raw Ham in complete tranquility in my little car as if I were at a deli counter.. BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!! THANKS EATITALY!!!

Sono andata con mio marito a mangiare la pizza. Devo dire che mi ha conquistata. La pizza ottima, con ottimi ingredienti e bellissima alla vista. Il pizzaiolo al top. Ottimo il servizio, e le birre veramente buone. È stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ritornerò sicuramente

We had lunch thanks to a Smartbox given to us. There was only one dish on the menu, a glass of wine, water and dessert. All very good. The shop has prices a little high in my opinion.

Esperienza discutibilmente piacevole. L’ambiente è perfetto in ogni minimo dettaglio, offre decine di prodotti ad alta qualità e il servizio ristorante è una valida opzione, purtroppo gli standard alti del livello non sono gli stessi pari al servizio, decisamente deludente, consiglierei più dipendenti per velocizzare la portata delle pietanze e di poter soddisfare ogni richiesta al meglio senza ulteriori attese. Menomale che c’è la musica.
