Very good food in a simple restaurant. Perhaps not for a romantic dinner, but definitely recommended for a good lunch.

The grilled cuttlefish and vegetables were excellent, and the house white wine was delicious. We'll definitely return when we're in the area. Top notch!

Excellent cuisine, everything fresh and tasty, just as befits the place. And there's plenty to eat... the wait was a bit long but it was worth it. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent food, everything fresh. Spaghetti is truly, oh my, how good!!!! I've never found fresh, delicious bread in any restaurant. How can they say in other reviews that the portions are tiny? It takes courage!!!! Thank goodness they have photos of the dishes. Just the idea that everything is prepared freshly (not everyone does!) is fantastic. It feels like eating at home, and you're served quickly, too. The wine is also excellent, and the pizza. Impeccable service. Fair prices for the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it. And I'll definitely be back.

While I was at the Oasi degli Angeli, I was looking for a trattoria in Zapponeta, and among the various reviews I'd read, this one was the one that appealed to me the most. I remembered that the road to Zapponeta was straight and would take a maximum of 10 minutes to get there, but to my surprise, I finally reached a certain point where I saw a sign saying "road closed." And the worst part is that this is the only road that leads to Zapponeta. In other words, it's the only road that separates the salt flats from the seafront. So, I turned on the GPS again, and the recalculation showed it was 30 km, instead of the previous 8 km. Anyway, I decided to go anyway, hoping it had been worth it. Luckily, it was. A rather basic place, but one of those without any mental blocks. The kind that dedicates everything to the quality of the food. I ordered spaghetti with clams and a paranza. The spaghetti was good, but the paranza made up for the 30 km I had to travel. Bottom line: if you're looking for a fancy restaurant, avoid it. If you're looking for a cozy place where you can eat well and feel at home, this is the place.

If you are near Zapponeta here is a homely trattoria with a few tables inside. The food is simple and tasty, well cooked by the cook assisted by her husband for the service.
