Our dinner was marvelous. The service was gracious and attentive. We ate ala carte because neither of us thought we could eat a full tasting menu. We ultimately ordered two starters; a main and dessert. And of course wine. We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's "welcome" offerings four amazing bites each with a unique taste. Our first starter was an oyster Gelato topped with cavier and two small crepes shaped like oyster shells. It was delicious. Our second starter was a a warm broth with small burrata filled ravioli in a lite tomato broth. Very tasty. The main was crusted lamb chops with vegetables. The lamb was perfectly done and the herb crust enhanced the flavor of each bite. The dessert was chocolate mouse with a shot of a lo al liquor. All in all a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurant in Puglia. I went there in early July. Everything is amazing and fascinating. if you have a plan for visiting Lecce I highly recommend this restaurant.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The service was very attentive and the chef was extremely present. His recipe ideas were impressive. We had the four-course menu, which was perfectly sufficient to give us a truly excellent impression of the cuisine. The wine recommendations were excellent, and we would definitely return.

Me and my son ended up at Duo for a late lunch. Not directly planned but we looked at ratings and distance from where we were after having walked around Leece for sightseeing. We were close to alone in the resturant for our lunch just 1 other table was occupied. That should not be a turnoff, our experience was truly good as food and service was realy excellent. The head chef, Fabiano Viva explained the dishes like you could expect, but with an additional warm touch of history and his own childhood memories. It all made it feel so more personal and human. We decided for the larger tasting menu that took us 2.5hours to go through. Simply great choice and value for money even though it was 95 eur a person for the food. We did not take any wine pairing but one of us opted for some individually recommended wines that worked well with the food. Bottom line, we were plesantly surpised about the resturant and canI truly recommend it. I have been fortunate to have experienced various Michelin resturants over the years and I would say Duo is worty to obtain a star. Am attaching pictures of some of the dishes.
