We are French and demanding in terms of cuisine and service. We ordered tasting menus. This restaurant is a little gem for discovering local cuisine and regional products. Prepared with love and expertise, even if you are a connoisseur of local Italian cuisine, the dishes will surprise you and take you on a journey through Puglia. The maître d' will guide you, if you ask, to discover the best wines to pair with your dishes. The value for money is simply breathtaking! Congratulations to the team. The food is very good but the rest is average.

I really enjoyed the food and the comfort of the restaurant in it’s entirety. The service is something the restaurant prides itself on. The bragola, the wine, the oyster, the pickled zucchini, the fried lentils were amazing. The date with the semi-soft cheese and bourbon pearls was one of the best bites of food I’ve had in my recent memory — I wish I was exaggerating. Don’t let my wine glass get empty next time! Thank you, Sebastian and company!

The food is not as great as in the last years. We think you taste, that the owner/cook is not there anymore (because they opened another restaurant). Still a great experience and good food.

What an incredible experience! Duo truly deserves all the praise it receives. The food was outstanding and uniquely flavorful. Each dish told its own story, and the plating was absolutely breathtaking! The creativity displayed was remarkable. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is conveniently located near the historic center, making it easily walkable from many hotels. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the prices are on the higher side, the culinary experience makes it worthwhile. Congratulations to the team!

Congratulations to Duo for a wonderful dining experience. From our welcome arrival the service everything was perfect. Paola our chef treated us to a wonderful journey starting with a tasty and surprising almost like lentil popcorn. The grisini, seeded bread and our oyster gelato and caviar starter was exquisite and took us all by surprise. Our dorato fish melted in our mouths and the lamb was beautifully cooked. A must to try is the spectacular sea desert with a caper and anchovy meringue , lemon mousse, caper dust and basil cream…. One of the most unique desserts I have eaten. There were 13 of us and we all left amazed and very contented. Thank you so much to the Duo kitchen team who smiled and waved through the glass window in the kitchen. which was also a lovely touch to see the team at work. Duo is a must to try out side the touristy Lecce restaurants in the old city centre.

We received a warm welcome and were able to enjoy a fabulous evening with outstanding dishes from the tasting menu. Just as good: the excellent, friendly service.

Definitely a positive experience, we tasted a truly special risotto not to mention the surprising desserts that I do not want to describe only to keep the surprise that the chef seeks. It is worth a visit

Het eten was fantastisch. We kozen voor het dagmenu van de chef. Een meergangen menu waarvan iedere gang er mooi uitzag én erg lekker was. Het voelde zeer exclusief. Dat een aanbetaling wordt gevraagd voor deze klasse snap ik goed.
