Great ramen! Authentic, flavorful, rich and definitely hits the spot.

Nice place, whose Ramen (especially the one with Miso broth and spicy Miso) are very tasty and really good. I would absolutely recommend it among the many Ramen in the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

At Misoya I ate one of the best ramen here in Milan. Both the broth and the noodles are very good indeed. The only flaw is the chāshū (slice of pork) which is a little too crunchy, but still very tasty. Also excellent are gyoza and tori kara age. For dessert I tried the "tiramisó", a reinterpretation of the more well-known dessert with the ú. This version is made with kinako (toasted soy flour) and a sprinkling of miso on the top. The result is a slightly salty dessert, but I must say very pleasant. As for the venue, it is quite spacious, well furnished and clean. The サンプル (sampuru) on display in the window are also cute, just like they do in many places in Japan. The staff is very courteous and the owner kind and helpful. The price is average. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Everything excellent! From the very attentive and courteous service to the amazing food and the very low bill!! Did I already mention that the ramen was divine?!?

The noodle is Japanese quality but I feel that the broth did not reach my expectation, some how it lacks umami flavor in my opinion. The topping is Ok. Not too bad for a ramen in Europe.

Now I eat ramen here at least 2 times a month, the waiting times are very short, the staff are courteous and fast and the ramen they make is really excellent!
