We went to this place last night and I have to say it's really worth it.
Wide selection of dumplings, all very good, with the option of grilling or steaming them.
Tables are very close together and service is very fast.
Reasonable prices and excellent quality.
Definitely worth trying again.

I've tried a lot of dumpling shops and in my opinion this is the best, even the udon and bao are really tasty. The only flaw is that it's too hot inside even though the air conditioning is on.

Family dinner, small but tidy, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to Marco who guided us through our choices. Fresh and quality preparations, refined dishes executed with professionalism. We tried five different ravioli, a first course, a second course, and the cioccobao, and we loved everything. Price under €30 per person, including an organic pecorino wine and rose grappa.

these dumplings r simply outstanding. the wrappers r delicate yet resilient, with just the right chew. the filling is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and clearly made with care. every bite feels balanced — rich but not heavy, comforting but refined. whether steamed or pan-fried, they deliver deep, satisfying flavor that lingers. easily some of the best dumplings ive ever had.
My daughter and I had dinner at the Dumpling Bar last night by chance. I'd read rave reviews, but in reality they don't do it justice: it's sooooo much better! The courtesy and kindness of the owner and staff are matched by the deliciousness of the dishes and the quality of the food! For our first time, we only had ravioli: the truffle and beef and pepper ones are definitely worth trying. But the lamb and onion and chicken, potato and curry ones are equally delicious. The ravioli dough is unlike any other we've had before (and there are so many because we love them): truly on another level. We finished the meal with homemade chocolate rolls. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!

Organizzato Serata con amici che non conoscevano il Dumpling Bar e la loro cucina strepitosa. Accolti da Luca con gentilezza e professionalità. Abbiamo mangiato i più buoni ravioli di Roma. Belli da vedere e deliziosi all'assaggio. Giorgia ci ha servito con un bel sorriso attenta ad ogni nostro bisogno. Locale non grandissimo ma accogliente. Si consiglia la prenotazione specialmente nel weekend. Il Dumpling è sempre una certezza. Stra-consigliato

Finalmente sono riuscita a mangiare qui. Che dire..se non che ho mangiato tutti i ravioli nel menù ed erano uno più buono dell'altro. La pasta del raviolo di ottima consistenza e l'impasto di ognuno è pura gioia del palato e dei sensi, superlativa la scelta di mixare gli ingredienti, davvero succulenta, nessuno prevale sull'altro.
Gentilissima e professionale la cameriera (bionda).
Sorridenti e allegre le signore che preparano, in diretta, questi magnifici ravioli.
