E chi si muove di qui. Sicuramente non dopo aver visto appoggiare sul tavolo i porcini fritti ma soprattutto il porcino grigliato sul pure’ robouchon e fondo bruno che costituirà l’apice del nostro desinare. Ma anche gli agnolotti sia nella versione burro e salvia sia in quella ripassata al vino rosso meritano un encomio. Buona la finanziera anche se si presenta in una versione un po’ rivisitata con polpettine alle frattaglie anziché con le frattaglie separate. Peccato veniale. Con i dolci torniamo su alto livello, buonissima la torta alla nocciola con zabaglione caldo. Lista vini che sarebbe interessante se le referenze ci fossero tutte ma correttamente ci segnalano che è in fase di revisione. Ricarichi onesti e servizio molto cortese e veloce. Locale molto carino all’interno di un castello che si trova nel paese di Solero. Conto assolutamente in linea con qualità e quantità del cibo. Molto consigliato.
