Finally, a restaurant that serves traditional dishes with sophistication and care, without being pretentious or overdoing it! Spectacular appetizer: amazing pumpkin flan with fondue, incredibly flavorful caponetto, veal with tuna sauce (10/10), sublime stuffed peppers, and the best Russian salad I've ever eaten!!! Potato gnocchi with pumpkin, gorgonzola, and hazelnut cream—a standing ovation!!! For dessert, the Mattone: coffee-dipped biscuits layered with hazelnut cream and chopped hazelnuts... a spectacle!!! Homemade bread and breadsticks, along with a potato and rosemary focaccia that I didn't have time to photograph! Impeccable service, with detailed menu explanations by the staff and the owner. Friendly, kind service in a warm, clean, and welcoming environment! A little gem in Solero, I'll definitely be back! Bravo!

What can I say? The food is top-notch, the owners are friendly, the wines are local, the atmosphere is relaxed, both elegant and casual, and the first truffle of the season is delicious. Highly recommended.
