05/01/2025: A place I wouldn't return to. We eat in turns and luckily we went for the second one. Those of the first are invited to get up at 9pm precisely... let's move on We waited exactly 41 minutes for the pizza. Luckily I asked for the beers to be brought with the pizza otherwise I would have left drunk. At first glance I would say that the oven is clean... the pizza underneath has no waste or burns. The ingredients are good, but the pasta in the center is slightly raw and "tight" so much so that it cannot be picked up well with a fork (liquidy). It "seems" as if the pizza chef skimped on the dough and rolled it out a lot to make it large enough. The one I got was nduja style, but in my opinion they put too much and it covered all the flavours. I can't say if it was the spiciness (which I'm used to) or not perfect cooking, but I didn't sleep at night and had a slight stomach ache in the morning 🤷🏻‍♂️ Many expectations given by the reviews which are obviously all questionable like mine, but a pizza that costs €19 and then with a €3 cover charge I expect at least a tablecloth and a napkin better than the paper one. Ah, the wine list, although good "at a significant cost", did not have (or I did not see them) the half bottles that I recommend with the new legislation 🥂
