Highly recommended for a romantic evening but also with the family....refined location. The attentive and thoughtful Chef Stefano personally presents each course with passion and friendliness. Top professionalism and service from all the staff.

A gastronomic journey without rules or preconceptions The dinner was an unconventional experience, with a tasting menu that was able to amaze with its technique, unusual combinations and great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Each dish told a story, playing with textures, temperatures and bold flavors. Fennel and dehydrated olive mousse A delicate but intriguing start, with the sweetness of the fennel intertwined with the intense flavor of the olives. A small appetizer that immediately made the kitchen's approach clear: elegance and well-calibrated contrasts. Raw-but-cooked Prussian beef, mushrooms, whey garum, Korean mint One of the most interesting dishes of the evening. The meat, tender and tasty, harmonized perfectly with the mushrooms and garum, which added a strong umami note. The Korean mint gave a touch of freshness, balancing everything. The play between raw and cooked was successful, without forcing. “Upside down” risotto, purple prawns, candied lemon and lettuce An impeccable risotto for creaminess and balance of flavours. The sweetness of the purple prawns married perfectly with the candied lemon, which gave a pleasantly citrusy contrast, without ever being excessive. The lettuce added a delicate herbaceous note, making the dish even more refined. The experience was overall extremely positive, with a tasting journey that managed to surprise and conquer. A menu designed for those who love to be amazed without preconceptions, with a cuisine that dares and manages to do so with elegance.

We tried two menus with the most traditional dishes of the Due Colombe, all courses were served and explained impeccably. We didn't like all the combinations equally, but we can't argue with the quality of the products. The pumpkin entree is excellent, the purple potato with prawn is fabulous and the Milano bagoss parcels are an explosion of flavour. The wine pairings offered are also interesting. A valuable experience!

Personale attento, cordiale e molto professionale. Location molto apprezzata, per le pareti di pietra antica, tavoli ben distanziati, silenzio, luminosità. La cucina ci ha sorpreso in positivo per il perfetto equilibrio tra originalità, sapore e piacevolezza visiva, non sempre questi elementi vanno d'accordo. Antipasto di gamberi: eccellente abbinamento con patata viola e la sapidità della base del piatto, un'overture delicata ma con personalità Risotto con gamberi. Interessante l'idea di servire il riso a coprire i gamberi. Questo consente un equilibrio di sapori e una maggiore diffusione del gambero nel piatto e nel boccone. Molto saporito. Crostino con foiegras e tonno: geniale. L'abbinamento è perfetto Anguilla psichedelica, altrettanto geniale nel gusto e nella presentazione Il connubio della carne dell'anguilla con la dolcezza del peperone, trasmette il guizzo del gusto con la delicatezza dell'armonia. Stella Michelin meritatissima.

Unique, surrounded by wine yards in this old structure modernised with very good taste. Michelin star well deserved with traditional dishes reviewed with elegance and originality. Staff very attentive and of course very good wines of the area Franciacorta.

Cenare presso il ristorante Due Colombe e’ sempre una grande gioia per tutta una serie di motivi. In primis la location, un meraviglioso Borgo Antico nel cuore della Franciacorta, che trasuda storia da ogni angolo della bellissima struttura. Poi lo chef Stefano che argomenta con dovizia di molteplici dettagli ogni singolo piatto ed infine il ricco e variegato menu’ composto da ben tre menù degustazione che raccontano tre storie differenti ma tutte molto intriganti. Brigata eccellente e servizio in sala di prim’ordine.

Very refined place, excellent service, sublime culinary experience. We chose the "classic" menu with some modifications... if you talk to the chef he will be friendly to meet your needs. We have been several times and always left satisfied... SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Eleven stars out of five! Very suggestive location, the chef (starred, some would rightly call him Maestro) who comes to your table to explain the dishes and their history, an award-winning sommelier who serves you wines from a selection of more than 900 labels. A creative menu with each dish characterized by a unique personality (try the foie gras mousse). What can I say... Unforgettable day! Thank you very much everyone!
