Very beautiful, rustic location, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area. Super professional service. A special plus goes to the chef who welcomed us into the restaurant, explained the various menus, and how the dishes were created. During service, he would come and ask how things were going... truly appreciated.
Very good food, especially the ramen, which was truly devastating.

A unique experience in a beautiful setting. Kudos to Chef Cerveni for his skill and humility. He presented the various menus and explained the origins of the dishes, naturally involving us in his world. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and will return as soon as possible.
Special mention for the dish with shrimp, purple potato, and Franciacorta sauce.

Everything was perfect, in an enchanting setting. We chose the classic tasting menu, but we were left wanting to try the others. Chef Stefano, always present in the dining room to describe, explain, and ensure everything was perfect, gave us a wonderful experience. Sommelier Federica took us on a journey from Franciacorta to Japan and New Zealand, allowing us to discover new wine horizons. Throughout the dinner, a young sommelier accompanied us, carefully describing each dish with historical references. All the staff we encountered were competent and discreet. To mention the most commercial aspect: the value for money was absolutely excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions.
We were happy to have arrived at Due Colombe and will definitely return.

For the first time, I tried a Michelin-starred restaurant... And what can I say? An incredible experience! The chef explained the dishes and his approach to culinary art, with all the beauty (and effort) that goes into sourcing the finest ingredients... Wow! The service was impeccable, the girls and sommelier were wonderful... The menu was fantastic, my favorites were the mushroom and tomato (the "simpler" and tastier dish). I was so happy when they sent my girlfriend a birthday candle; they were truly kind. A unique experience!
