For the first time, I tried a Michelin-starred restaurant... And what can I say? An incredible experience! The chef explained the dishes and his approach to culinary art, with all the beauty (and effort) that goes into sourcing the finest ingredients... Wow! The service was impeccable, the girls and sommelier were wonderful... The menu was fantastic, my favorites were the mushroom and tomato (the "simpler" and tastier dish). I was so happy when they sent my girlfriend a birthday candle; they were truly kind. A unique experience!

It will be difficult to forget such a satisfying experience; every element contributed to the success of a perfect dinner. The tasting menu was classic yet innovative, using top-quality ingredients and innovative cooking methods for a harmonious result. The service was precise, the dishes were served with perfect timing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. A pleasant chat with Chef Stefano was a real plus, as we shared memories of legendary dishes we'd tasted in France at the same restaurants. His passion for using excellent ingredients, the flavors and aromas of the past intertwined with modern techniques—our compliments!

I was at a wedding. Everything was impeccable. From the food, to the service, to the friendliness of the waiters and organizers.
The food was excellent and the setting was very, very beautiful and well-kept.

A beautiful restaurant in a refined and elegant location in Franciacorta.
An excellent dinner with a tasting menu.
The dishes were beautifully and uniquely presented, and naturally, everything was delicious and made with quality ingredients.
The service was attentive and meticulous, but not intrusive.
The presence of the chef, who passes among the tables, was pleasant.
A restaurant I definitely recommend.

Yesterday for lunch we went to eat at this restaurant because they had given us a SMARTBOX MICHELIN flavors, we drove 150km because from the photos and reviews it had immediately struck us, also following the chef on INSTAGRAM I absolutely wanted to try it.
Let's start by saying that we are a couple who like to go to lunch in restaurants where there is research and care for both the raw materials and the details.
As soon as we arrived we took a walking tour of the village which is nothing short of spectacular.
When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a very nice and kind, friendly boy who accompanied us to our table passing through a room with crazy windows from which natural light entered that illuminated the hall.
Everything was taken care of and kept impeccably.
We began our journey with the welcome of Chef Stefano Cerveni who for me it was an honor to meet in person. (PERSONAL EMOTION) at each course he personally came to the table to also tell us anecdotes about the creation of the dish. I felt important and pampered like nowhere else.
The dishes were all made with excellent and seasonal products (not obvious) the sommelier was really good at recommending a FRANCIACORTA wine that accompanied me throughout the tasting journey, (I am very particular and selective in wine because I only like white and sparkling).
I would go back tomorrow if only it were close to our house.
But the 3 hours of driving and 300km (total) were ALL worth it.
A place that made me feel important and I ate in an EXCELLENT way.

Tavoli ben distanziati che garantiscono un’ottima privacy. Servizio impeccabile.
Chef Cerveni spesso piacevolmente presente in sala a descrivere i propri piatti, lo studio e le tecniche per realizzarli.
Tutte le portate del menu della trazione sono dei piccoli capolavori. Il piatto che mi ha convinto meno è lo spaghetto tiepido con i ricci di mare, non perché non sia eccellente ma perché non siamo noi degli amanti dei ricci di mare.
Prezzo importante ma adeguato al tipo di proposta.
Di sicuro uno dei migliori ristoranti in Franciacorta.
