One of the best trattorias in Oliveto Citra. Flavors of yesteryear. The lagane with beans, which they bring you as a sample, are excellent. The mixed grill is also excellent. Homemade bread. Recommended!

We were passing through and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. For our first course, we had the two types of ravioli. They were truly delicious; you could taste the ricotta. The owner also brought us a sample of the pasta with beans, which was very good. The second courses were also excellent. Both the owner and the waiters were very kind. If you're ever there, I recommend stopping for lunch!

Typical restaurant, welcoming, friendly staff, we ate very well, typical food and recommended by the owner, all homemade, exquisite dishes, they offered us various tastings of other dishes, very tender and quality meat. We paid little, modest prices and everything was good. I highly recommend

Historic restaurant in Oliveto: strictly homemade pasta... truly exceptional ricotta ravioli with sauce or with courgette flowers... grilled meats with an ancient flavour... Mafalda cake not to be missed!!

Off the more famous routes, a handful of km from the border with Basilicata, there is Oliveto Citra and the Due Cannoni restaurant Well here lies the substance, the authenticity of a place with deeper roots than the modernity of the hit and run of the Gourmet at all costs. Substance tradition and kindness as well as naturally proposals with tasty and robust dishes From baked pasta to the legendary pasta and beans they are the masters together with the starter, the second courses perhaps a little obvious but equally welcome. The desserts don't disappoint at all either Binging is not difficult and can still be done at a reasonable price. Scale from one to ten nine plus!

02/09/2025: I have to say that the food is good and not expensive, excellent value for money. The estate in Carina isn't very large. The only thing to note is that we ate lunch outside on a beautiful sunny day, and it was quite hot; some people at the table ate in the sun. A few midges appeared on the table, but all in all, it's a nice place with quality and kindness.

17/08/2025: The staff is incredibly professional, especially Morgan and Pasquale, who are friendly and always available. They know how to advise and pamper you with amazing treats. We've been going for 13 years and will continue to do so.
