If there was the possibility of giving 6 stars for the service of a single restaurant, this would be the right one. Out-of-scale courtesy and friendliness, which, combined with high-level typically Roman food, created an experience that we will not easily forget. One of the most fun lunches ever and one of the birthdays that the person celebrating will remember with greatest pleasure. Fried courgette flowers are top notch, Cinzia is a guarantee of friendliness. Super recommended.

Themed menu, very varied and good, excellent service, with suggestions from the waitress who knew the menu items very well.
Not exactly cheap but certainly fair.

Excellent Roman restaurant, delicious dishes and super friendly staff, they indulged our desire to have fun for two days in a row and then Cinzia is really beautiful! Super recommended! Until next time!

Every time I return to di Cesari it is a pleasure for the palate and for the cuisine offered. I'm in Rome but in Corso Regina in Turin. We had: supplì and pecorino carbonara meatballs as a starter, and Gricia and Cacio e Pepe as first courses. I will definitely come back other times.

I honestly expected more. Starter of battered vegetables that were really too greasy and over-fried, good but not incredible supplì (3 small supplì 8 euros), the battered pecorino was good but only two pieces. Portion of carbonara in my opinion a little small. I would have preferred the pasta to be slightly more cooked (too al dente for my taste) and the bacon to be crispier (it was slightly soggy). Good service and friendly staff, very welcoming internal courtyard.

Good morning, normal restaurant, I didn't have that wauuu, I'm sorry, I read reviews, abundant but normal dishes, I tasted the porchetta Ariccia, I've eaten some of the best ones, very cold, as if it had been defrosted, and the crust that must have been crunchy like they say in Rome, very soft, good pasta, prices a little high for what you eat, friendly staff, they always try to make you take more things to eat, but it's their job, a little insistent, if you tell them that's enough, they still insist.
