Dry Bridge In Pordenone

21/07/2026: Nice restaurant located in a quiet area, but the service was slow and it wasn't crowded. The food could be improved. I had the pappardelle with meat sauce and mushrooms, but aside from the small amount of mushrooms, it had absolutely no flavor; all you could taste was the meat. The others had pizza and enjoyed it. We went for dinner in July during the week, and it was incredibly hot. Despite our request to lower the temperature, we couldn't feel the air conditioning at all. I'll be back to try the pizza, but in the winter!

15/07/2026: I occasionally dine at this simple yet refined restaurant, and I must say I've never left feeling dissatisfied or disappointed. In fact, I think they're constantly improving. The ingredients are top-quality, the selection is decent, and the dishes are seasonal and extremely well-balanced (even my nutritionist approved for the balance of ingredients 😉). Above all, the prices are fair compared to the average for restaurants in the Pordenone area, and they offer a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options, which is hard to find elsewhere! I highly recommend the bruschetta with shrimp, zucchini, and caramelized onions as an appetizer—a truly unique delight! Anyone who complains about this place doesn't know what good food is.
