C’è chi prende i gradi a scuola e chi li guadagna nelle battaglie sul campo! Maria Riccio la tua cucina senza stelle appuntate, è, e rimane per me, a dir poco….stellare! Non so quanto si possa considerare importante il mio giudizio di mangiatore/ricercatore (più di qualità che mera quantità) ma… non c’è stella che possa brillare più della cordialità e semplicità del vostro accogliere e dare il vostro meglio in ogni piatto. Sarà solo uno spaghetto con le mazzancolle ma…nel semplice piatto di coccio, trovi una pasta fatta con sentimento, amore e attenzione. Insomma, una tra le più buone che tu possa mangiare. Adoro alla follia, ed è assolutamente inimitabile, la sensazione che provo ogni volta che mi rifugio al Dry Bridge Ristorantino! E se Walter non fosse così amabilmente scorbutico e scazzato, cosa sarebbe…questo locale così anacronistico e bohemien e…dannatamente unico!?! Dopo che vi si conosce e si diventa compartecipi del vs. modo di concepire l’emozione del mangiare…non si può star senza! 😍 E chi vi chiede e pretende il menù…non avendo capito nulla, farebbe meglio ad andare in altri lidi a farsi servire! 😜

Historic place in Pordenone, the owners Walter and Maria are a fantastic couple. Their first courses are a guarantee, delicious not to mention the desserts, a delight. Bruno, their cuddly and beautiful dog, always keeps us company. Today it's a special emotion, I really feel at home. You can breathe the atmosphere of the past, simplicity and authenticity 😍

Very particular and characteristic place (it also displays the official Historic Place plaque). Seen from the outside it looks like a corner of London or some other Nordic country, it doesn't feel like being in Pordenone. And this is already priceless in my opinion. It is run by a very nice couple accompanied by an equally nice and polite white dog Excellent dishes (I have always eaten first courses) - portions that fill you up just by looking at them - Vin bon (I have always had both white and red on tap, but there are also some nice labels) Homemade desserts One of the few restaurants in Pordenone where I am happy to return

Il day bridge è un locale un po' vecchio stile, di quelli che appena entri ti senti a tuo agio, senza fronzoli, ma che racconta una storia, un posto dove vai per mangiare e gustare sapori di una cucina fatta con passione e che oggi non si trovano più tanto facilmente. Se cercate una cucina fatta di estetica non è il posto per voi. Se invece volete mangiare come dio comanda e uscire col sorriso stampato in faccia allora si, è il posto giusto. E anche il vostro stomaco vi ringrazierà per la qualità estrema delle materie prime utilizzate dalla sig.ra Maria e dalla sapienza dei suoi quaranta anni in cucina. Grazie .da Maurizio e Cinzia
