The restaurant's professionalism and growing customer satisfaction are evident from the waiter's prompt arrival, who, without question, pours white wine (then red, then white) and a potato flan upon the customer's arrival.
The customer's professionalism and happiness are evident from the immediate acceptance of the welcome offer.
Everything was delicious, recommended.

A rather unique restaurant, but with a few disappointments.
There were no real appetizers on the menu, even though they served a small plate of cold cuts at the beginning. The first course was good, but I expected a larger portion — especially for Bologna.
The guinea fowl was excellent, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Portion size was just right. The dessert, on the other hand, was quite average.
Service felt a bit inattentive and disorganized at times.
Overall, an interesting place with potential, but a few details could be improved.

Visited at the beginning of September on a trip to Bologna with my mum. I had been to Drogheria Della Rosa once before and really wanted to go back! The food and hospitality was exceptional once again - Emanuele is a great host and it feels like you are visiting a old friend when you step into the restaurant. Food was delicious and wine was great. I hope to come back to Bologna again and come for dinner here.

Locale accogliente ma soprattutto il personale , disponibile, affabile, preparato.
Ci siamo fermati incuriositi dal menù che propone piatti della tradizione e piatti innovativi.
Accostamenti curiosi e stimolanti.
Una magnifica carta dei vini molto ricca e con vini ricercati, abbiamo scelto un meraviglioso Chablis e per dessert un passito di Noto...MERAVIGLIOSO
