First time at this restaurant/pizzeria. The Venetian risotto was delicious. Very few people know how to make it. The waitress was also very kind in suggesting dishes. Excellent restaurant. Don't worry, I'll be back.

Honestly? It's hard to find a flaw. Let's start with the cleanliness of the place, which is very noticeable. Everything is in its place. Elegant and very bright place. Fresh products on the menu with special homemade dishes. Gnocco fritto with prosciutto (ten points) Risotto with Amarone (perhaps more than special) Tiramisu (11 points) I could have eaten a ton of it. What can I say? Merry Christmas and sincere congratulations. We can't wait to come back to try the pearà with boiled meat. Arianna and Mom

The food is very good but it is very expensive at lunch

The boiled meat and pearà were terrific, as was the pumpkin and truffle risotto my wife and children ate.

I have never eaten a seafood risotto like this...with a thousand flavors of the sea I recommend it top also the price...... Compliments to those who know what good food means thanks

We had dinner at the Centrale after a wonderful first course... Spaghetti allo scoglio was very, very good. Then Massimo had us try the risotto made with real Amarone and Monte Veronese, not the classic Valpolicella or Ripasso 🥱. Very kind and the atmosphere was very clean. I will be back without a doubt.

Superb food, delicious pizzas, recommended place
