Lunch December 2024. Not very large particular place with outdoor area. Friendly staff even if the owner tends to get a little too familiar. We agreed on a €40 menu with vegetable appetizer, focaccia from Recco, 48-hour leavened pizza, porcini mushrooms, artichokes and fried anchovies, mixed fried food, mussels, agnolotti, pistachio panettone and mixed zoccola cannoli plus water, wine and coffee. Good food, but some things too salty.

Nothing to say about the food and its quality, it is excellent. But waiting two hours between one dish and another, even in such a small place, is no. Especially if those who arrive later are served first. For me the service is at least 40% of the quality of a restaurant and really, almost two hours of waiting is really a long time even for Giobbe.

Being able to have dinner here is practically impossible!! It seems that the place is reserved for a few intimate people......there is never room, except outside (!?!?) and, in bad weather, that's all there is to it! !!!pity, we liked the environment and the food, but since we are not part of the "intimate" few.....we'll get over it!!!!

25/01/2025: Ristorante del Golf Colline del Gavi aperto a tutti, golfisti e non. Il dehors viene allestito nella bella stagione. Varcato l'ingresso subito la zona bar, a destra la cucina, a sinistra la sala con 50 coperti, 30 nella veranda riscaldata. Chef Andrea Bisio già apprezzato in un rinomato ristorante di Novi Ligure nel novembre del 2019; in sala Lelli e Diego, tutte le posate sostituite a ogni portata. Il pranzo: Vino: - Spumante Brut Rosé Metodo Martinotti az. Tenuta San Pietro. Pane ai 7 cereali e focaccia maison. PRIMI: - linguine al pesto, patate e fagiolini. - carnaroli mantecato con crema di cime di rapa e salsiccia. SECONDI: - polipetti in umido alla Luciana. - tagliata di manzo (cottura media/al sangue). DESSERT: - crème caramel. - crostata all'albicocca. Caffè a chiudere. La carta dei vini presenta 80 etichette, buona scelta al calice. Non sono previsti il menù degustazione e gli antipasti; à la carte dal "menù del giorno" 4 primi da 10 a 14€; 4 secondi da 14 a 16€; 2 dessert a 5 e 6€; dal "menù del golfista" 2 primi a 10€; 5 secondi da 12 a 14€; un'insalatona a 12€; 3 contorni a 4€; 3 dessert a 5€. Immerso nel verde, un'ottima cucina, gentilezza in sala e un bell'ambiente. A fine pranzo i nostri complimenti.
08/12/2024: A country club in the hills behind Novi Ligure precisely in Tassarolo. Two routes. A challenging 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole course for training. They also have a hotel where you can stay overnight. The clubhouse restaurant is also recommended.

Ristorante Giapponese Fiori di Ciliegio

29/04/2025: Small family-run restaurant, don't be fooled by the less refined interior than the large restaurants in the area. The food is of excellent quality, raw and cooked. After years of frequenting I have never found badly preserved or old food. Given the smaller number of chefs, the choice is less wide than the big ones, but there is everything that sushi lovers and beyond can enjoy. The owners are helpful and kind, they make you feel at home. Very honest price and short waiting times.
